The research aimed to determine the content of liquid manure and the effect of carapacs waste to chicory plant growth (brassica pekinensia l.), the research applied four treatments with 4 (four) concentrations of po (0), pl (0.5) liters, p2 (1) liter and p3 (l.5) liters with 6 replications, the fertilizer had been applied and compared in order to investigate what is the most optimal concentration for plant growth (brassica pekinensia l.), the design applied was randomized design group (rak), the research had been done at vegetable plantation at kampung enam tarakan. Data collected sinceage of 14 days after planting (dap), 21 days after planting (dap) and 35 days after planting (clap) with parameters of plant height, leaf length, leaf number, leaf width and root length, the data obtained had been analyzed by one way analysis of variance anov a (analisys of variance), and continued with the lsd level of 5%. Analysis result ofliquid of soil laboratory analysis of borneo tarakan, that carapacs waste of liquid fertilizer has nitrogen content of 0.23%, 3.34% phosphorus, organic carbon, 2.86 and 4.13 ph, and the results of the analysis indicate that the treatment of waste liquid fertilizer concentration had no effect on the measurement of the age of 14 days after planting (dap), 21 dap but it 35 showed that treatment affected parameters for plant height, leaf length, leaf number, leaf width and root length.
