Abstract
Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Penambahan Ekstrak Daun Karamunting (Melastoma Malabathricum) Dan EM4 Pada Laju Pertumbuhan Harian Benih Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus). Penelitian Dilakukan Di Mini Hatchery Fakultas Perikanan Dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Metode Penelitian Menggunkan Metode Eksperimental Dengan 4 Perlakuan 3 Ulangan, Perlakuan Kontrol (K) : Pakan Komersil ( Tanpa Bakteri EM4 Dan Ekstrak), P1 : Pakan Komersil Dengan Penambahan Bakteri EM4, P2 : Pakan Komersil Dengan Penambahan Ekstrak Daun Karamunting, Dan P3 : Pakan Komersil Dengan Penambahan Bakteri EM4 Dan Ekstrak Daun Karamunting. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Pertumbuhan Bobot Ikan Nila Tertinggi Didapakan Pada Perlakuan Ekstrak (P2), Yakni 4.64 G, Sedangkan Untuk Pertumbuhan Panjang Ikan Nila Tertinggi Pada Perlakuan Bakteri EM4 , 6.61 Cm. Nilai Laju Pertumbuhan Spesifik Tertinggi Diperoleh Untuk Perlakuan Bakteri EM4, Yakni 2.95 % Dan Nilai Kelangsungan Hidup Tertinggi Juga Diperoleh Pada Perlakuan Bakteri EM4 Sebesar 100%. Nilai FCR Terendah Didapatkan Untuk Perlakuan P3 (Kombinasi Bakteri EM4 Dan Ekstrak) Pemberian Bakteri EM4, Ekstrak Daun Karamunting Dan Kombinasi Keduanya Memberikan Pengaruh Yang Positif Pada Laju Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Nila Dibandingkan Dengan Perlakuan Kontrol.

This Study Aims To Determine The Addition Of Caramunting Leaf Extract (Melastoma Malabathricum) And EM4 To The Daily Growth Rate Of Tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus) Seeds. The Research Was Conducted At The Mini Hatchery, Faculty Of Fisheries And Marine Sciences, University Of Borneo Tarakan. The Research Method Used An Experimental Method With 4 Treatments 3 Replications, Control Treatment (K): Commercial Feed (Without Bacteria EM4 And Extract), P1: Commercial Feed With The Addition Of Bacteria EM4, P2: Commercial Feed With The Addition Of Caramunting Leaf Extract, And P3: Feed Commercial With The Addition Of EM4 Bacteria And Caramunting Leaf Extract. The Results Showed That The Highest Tilapia Fish Weight Growth Was Obtained In The Extract Treatment (P2), Namely 4.64 G, While The Highest Tilapia Fish Length Growth Was In The EM4 Bacterial Treatment, 6.61 Cm. The Highest Specific Growth Rate Value Was Obtained For The EM4 Bacteria Treatment, Namely 2.95% And The Highest Survival Value Was Also Obtained In The EM4 Bacteria Treatment Of 100%. The Lowest FCR Value Was Obtained For The P3 Treatment (Combination Of EM4 Bacteria And Extract), Giving EM4 Bacteria, Caramunting Leaf Extract And The Combination Of Both Gave A Positive Effect On The Growth Rate Of Tilapia Seeds Compared To The Control Treatment.
