Abstract

Besarnya Potensi Yang Dimiliki Cacing Tanah Dalam Bidang Budidaya, Maka Perlu Dilakukan Penelitian Mengenai Formulasi Tepung Cacing Tanah Sebagai Campuran Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Nila (O. Niloticus). Tujuan Penelitian Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Efektifitas Formulasi Tepung Cacing Tanah Sebagai Campuran Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Nila (O. Niloticus). Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Mulai Dari Bulan Maret Sampai Mei 2019 Di Laboratorium Mini Hatchery, Dan Laboratorium Kualitas Air Fakultas Perikanan Dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Rancangan Percobaan Yang Digunakan Yaitu Metode RAL Dengan 5 Perlakuan Dan 3 Ulangan. Perlakuan A (Kontrol) Menggunakan 100% Pakan Komersil, Perlakuan B 75% Pakan Komersil + 25% Tepung Cacing Tanah, Perlakuan C 50% Pakan Komersil + 50% Tepung Cacing Tanah, Perlakuan D 25% Pakan Komersil + 75% Tepung Cacing Tanah Dan Perlakuan E Menggunakan 100% Tepung Cacing Tanah. Pemberian Pakan Dilakukan 2 Kali Sehari Sebanyak 5% Dari Total Berat Tubuh Ikan. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian Ini Menunjukkan Nilai Laju Pertumbuhan Panjang Mutlak Berkisar Antara 1.76-2.28 Cm, Pertumbuhan Berat Mutlak Berkisar 1.53-2.24 Gram, Laju Pertumbuhan Spesifik Berkisar 4.89-7.46 Gram, Kelangsung Hidup Berkisar Antar 50-70%, Dan FCR Berkisar Antara 0.570.69. Data Kualitas Air Selama Penelitian Menunjukkan Suhu Berkisar Antara 2528, Oksigen Terlarut 5.1-5.5 Mg/L, PH Berkisar 6.6-7.1, Dan Amoniak 0.24-0.66 Mg/L. Pemberian 75% Pakan Komersil + 25% Tepung Cacing Tanah Memberikan Pertumbuhan Panjang Dan Pertumbuhan Berat Terbaik Dibandingkan Dengan Perlakuan Lainnya.

The Big Of The Potensal That Earthworms In The Aquacultur, So Need Of The Study About The Formulation Of Earthworms Meal As A Mixture Of Feed On The Germination Of The Nilae Tilapia Seed (Oreochromis Niloticus). The Research Aims To Know The Effectiveness Of The Formulation Of Earthworm Meal As Mixed Feed On Growth Of Nile Tilapia Seed (Oreochromis Niloticus). This Research Was Conducted On March Until May 2019 In The Laboratory Of Mini Hatchery, Laboratory Of Quality Of Water Faculty Of Fishery And Marine Science Borneo University Of Tarakan. The Experimental Design That Used In This Research Was Completely Randomized Design Consists Of 5 Treatments And 3 Replications. The Treatment Of Earthworm Meal As Feed With Different Dose Where On The Treatment A (Control) Used 100% Of Commercial Feed Without Earthworm Meal, The Treatment B Used 75% Of Commercial Feed + 25 % Of Earthworm Meal, The Treatment C With Dose 50% Of Commercial Feed + 50% Earthworm Meal, The Treatment Of D With Dose 25% Of Commercial Feed + 75% Of Earthworm Meal And The Treatment E Used 100% Of Earthworm Meal Without Commercial Feed. The Giving Of Feed Did Twice In A Day Was 5% From The Total Of The Weight Of Fish. The Sampling Done In The Beginning Of Research And Every Once In Five Days. Based On This Research It Showed That The Score Of Length Growth Was 1.76-2.28 Grams, The Weight Growth Was 1.53-2.24 Grams, Specific Of Length Growth Was 4.89-7.46 Grams, The Survival Was 50-70%, And FCR Was 0.57-0.69 Grams. The Data Of Water Quality In This Research Showed The Temperature Was 25-28 , Solubility Of Oxygen Was 5.1-5.5 Mg/L, PH Was 6.6- 7.1 And Ammoniac Was 0.24-0.66 Mg/L.
