
Hubungan Efikasi Diri Dengan Stres Akademik Siswa Kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan

Abstract
Siswa mengalami keyakinan diri yang rendah dalam menghadapi berbagai tuntutan pembelajaran sehingga berpotensi mengalami stres akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Efikasi Diri dengan Stres Akademik siswa kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan populasi sasaran yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan yang berjumlah 128 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan stratified random sampling dengan ukuran jumlah sampel 70% dari populasi, sehingga jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 96 siswa. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, teknik analisis inferensial, dan uji korelasi product moment dengan SPSS versi. 22.0. Berdasarkan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa : (1) berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, nilai signifikansi sebesar (0,000 < 0,05) maka Ho yang berbunyi “tidak ada hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan stres akademik” ditolak, dan Ha yang berbunyi “ada hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan stres akademik” diterima. Dengan demikian terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan stres akademik pada siswa kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan. (2) Dari 96 siswa yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian, terdapat 7(7,3%) siswa memiliki efikasi diri sangat tinggi, 60(62,5%) siswa memiliki efikasi diri tinggi, 13(13,5%) siswa memiliki efikasi diri rendah, 16(16,7) siswa memiliki efikasi diri rendah. (3) Pada Stres Akademik terdapat 3(3,1%) siswa mengalami stres akademik sangat tinggi, 29(30,2%) siswa mengalami stres akademik sangat tinggi, 53(55,2%) siswa mengalami stres akademik rendah, 11(11,5%) siswa mengalami stres akademik sangat rendah.

Students who lack self-confidence when confronted with certain learning needs are more likely to experience academic stress. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress in Muhammadiyah High School Tarakan's grade XI students. This is a correlational study, and the target group includes Muhammadiyah High School Tarakan's entire XI grade students, a total of 128 individuals. The sampling method was stratified random sampling, with a sample size of 70% of the population. As a result, there are 96 students in this study's sample. The descriptive analysis technique was used to analyze the data. Using SPSS 22.0, inferential analysis and the product-moment correlation test was conducted. The following conclusions can be drawn from the data analysis: (1) The hypothesis test obtained a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 saying "there is no relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress" was rejected, while Ha saying "there is a relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress" was accepted. Thus, there was a relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress experienced by the Grade XI students of SMA Muhammadiyah Tarakan; (2) Of 96 students, there were 7 (7.3%) students had very high self-efficacy, 60 (62.5%) students had high self-efficacy, and 13 (13.5%) students had low self-efficacy, and 16 (16.7%) students had very low self-efficacy; (3) based on the academic stress, there were 3 (3.1%) students had very high academic stress, 29 (30.2%) students had high academic stress, 53 (55.2%) students had low academic stress, and 11 (11.5%) students had very low academic stress.
