Abstract

Penelitian Penggunaan Probiotik Komersial Dengan Dosis Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Lele Dilakukan Di Mini Hatchery Fakultas Perikanan Dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Borneo Tarakan Tahun 2016. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Efektivitas Penggunaan Probiotik Komersial Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Lele Dan Mengetahui Dosis Yang Optimal Pada Penggunaan Probiotik Komersial Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Lele. Ikan Uji Menggunakan Ikan Lele (Clarias Sp) Dengan Ukuran 6-8 Cm. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 4 Perlakuan Dan 7 Ulangan. A (Control), B (4 Ml/Kg Pakan), C (6 Ml/Kg Pakan) Dan D (8 Ml/Kg Pakan). Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Selama 30 Hari. Parameter Yang Diamati Adalah Pertumbuhan Berat Dan Panjang, Kelangsungan Hidup, Serta Beberapa Parameter Kualitas Air Seperti Suhu, PH, DO Dan Amoniak. Pengukuran Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Lele Dilakukan Setiap 5 Hari Sekali Selama Proses Penelitian Yang Berlangsung Selama 30 Hari. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukan Pertumbuhan Panjang Rata-Rata Ikan Lele Pada Perlakuan A (9.05±1.86 Cm), B (9.84±2.32 Cm), C (10.48±2.66 Cm) Dan Perlakuan D (9.41±2.11 Cm). Rata-Rata Bobot Ikan Lele Pada Perlakuan A (6.87±2.97 Gr), B (8.03±3.89 Gr), C (9.16±4.92 Gr) Dan Perlakuan D (7.01±3.34 Gr). Sedangkan, Pada Kelangsungan Hidup Ikan Lele Pada Perlakuan A (72.50±14.47%), B (79.0±7.79%), C (87.00±5.13%) Dan Perlakuan D (60.83±17.01%).

This Research Was About The Usage Of Commercial Probiotic With Different Dosage Towards The Growth Juvenile Of Catfish Conducted At Mini Hatchery Of Faculty Of Fisheries And Marine Science, Boneo Tarakan University In 2016. The Objective Of This Research Was To Known Of Effectiveness Of Probio-7 Usage Towards The Growth Of Catfish Juvenile. The Test Fish Was Catfish (Clarias Sp) With Specification 6-8cm Long. This Research Used Or Complete Random Design Consisted Of 4 Treatments And 7 Repetitions. A (Control), B (4ml/Kg Of Fish Food), C (6ml/Kg Of Fish Food) And D (8ml/Kg Of Fish Food). This Research Had Been Conducted For 30 Days. Parameters Focused On Was The Weight And Length Of Catfish, Life Sustainability, And Some Parameters Of Water Quality Such As Temperature, PH, DO And Ammoniac. The Measurement Of Catfish Growth Was Done Every 5 Days During The 30 Day Research. The Output Of Research Showed That Average Growth Of Catfish By Treatment A (9.05±1.86cm), B (9.84±2.32cm), C (10.48±2.66cm) And D (9.41±2.11cm). The Average Of Catfish Weight By Treatment A (6.87±2.97gr), B (8.03±3.89gr), C (9.16±4.92gr) And D (7.01±3.34gr) Otherwise The Life Sustainability Of Catfish By Treatment A (72.50±14.47%), B (79.0±7.79%), C (87.00±5.13%) And D (60.83±17.01%).
