Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) dan Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan Bankaltimtara di Kota Tarakan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik probability sampling berjenis simple random sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 82 orang karyawan Bankaltimtara di Kota Tarakan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 26.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa variabel Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif sedangkan variabel Perceived Organizational Support (POS) tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif.
This research aimed to figure out the influence of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on the affective commitment of Bankaltimtara employees in Tarakan during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The samples were collected using the probability and simple random sampling techniques. The research samples were 82 Bankaltimtara employees in Tarakan. The data were then processed using a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26.0 program This research show that Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) positively and significantly influenced employees' affective commitment, while Perceived Organizational Support (POS) did not influence employees' affective commitment.
