Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor- faktor lama mencari kerja alumni Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Borneo Tarakan yaitu umur, upah, IPK dan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan spesifikasi uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara umur berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama mencari kerja dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (2,608 > 1,669), upah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama mencari kerja dengan nilai t-hitung lebih kecil dari t-tabel (0,390 < 1,669), IPK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lama mencari kerja dengan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel (-2,266 > 1,669), dan hasil dari penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel umur, upah dan IPK mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap lama mencari kerja alumni Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Borneo Tarakan dengan nilai F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel (6,591 > 2,76).

This research aims to determine how much influence the old factors are looking for alumni employment in the Economics Development Economics Faculty of Borneo Tarakan University, there are age, wages, GPA and to find out whether the independent variables influence the dependent variable. The method in this research uses primary data. By using multiple linear regression analysis tools with the specification of t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial significant influence between age significant effect on the length of time to find work with a t-count value greater than t-table (2.608 > 1.669), wages do not have a significant effect on the search for work with smaller t-count from t-table (0,390 < 1,669), GPA has a significant effect on the length of seeking work with tcount values greater than t-table (-2,266 > 1,669), and the results of the research simultaneously indicate that the age, wages and GPA variables have simultaneous influence on the length of searching for alumni employment Development Economics Faculty of the University of Borneo Tarakan with a calculated F value greater than F-table (6.591 > 2.76).
