Pemerintah Indonesia saat ini, sedang gencar-gencarnya dalam pembangunan konstruksi, guna menunjang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia, salah satunya di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara lebih tepatnya di Kabupaten Nunukan. Seiring berkembang pembangunan industri dan proyek konstruksi, tingkat kesulitan dalam mengelola dan menjalankan pembangunan industri dan proyek konstruksi juga semakin rumit. Terutama dalam meminimalisir potensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Hal ini yang tentunya tidak lepas dari masalah pentingnya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Keberadaan K3 dapat mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, sehingga berdampak baik terhadap kinerja dan biaya proyek konstruksi, yang membuktikan hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja konstruksi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kuisioner/angket, kemudian instrumen tersebut akan diolah/dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Faktor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, terdapat 8 faktor yang mempengaruhi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pekerja konstruksi, yaitu faktor Aturan & Kebijakan Terhadap K3 dengan variance sebesar 27,151%, Prioritas Terhadap K3 dengan variance sebesar 11,619%, Motivasi & Peningkatan Terhadap K3 dengan variance sebesar 8,200%, Pemahaman & Kompetensi Terhadap K3 dengan variance sebesar 8,039%, Informasi & Penerapan Terhadap K3 dengan variance sebesar 7,127%, Komunikasi & Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap K3 dengan variance sebesar 5,899%, Pengawasan & Kepuasan Informasi Terhadap K3 dengan variance sebesar 5,031% dan Pelatihan terhadap K3 dengan variance sebesar 1,000%

The Indonesian government is currently incessantly developing construction to support economic growth and development in Indonesia, one of which is in North Kalimantan Province, more precisely in Nunukan Regency. As industrial development and construction projects develop, the level of difficulty in managing and running industrial development and construction projects is also getting more complicated. Especially in minimizing the potential for work accidents. This is certainly inseparable from the issue of the importance of Occupational Safety and Health (K3). The existence of K3 can reduce the occurrence of work accidents, so that it has a good impact on the performance and costs of construction projects, which proves this. This study aims to identify and determine the factors of occupational safety and health (K3) that affect the performance of construction workers. The instrument used in this study uses a questionnaire, then the instrument will be processed/analyzed using the factor analysis method. Based on the results of data analysis, there are 8 factors that influence Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on the performance of construction workers, namely the Rules & Policies on K3 with a variance of 27.151%, Priority to K3 with a variance of 11.619%, Motivation & Improvement of K3 with variance of 8,200%, Understanding & Competence on OHS with a variance of 8.039%, Information & Application of OHS with a variance of 7.127%, Communication & Work Environment on OHS with a variance of 5.899%, Monitoring & Information Satisfaction with OHS with a variance of 5.031% and Training on K3 with a variance of 1,000%.
