Abstract
Penelitian ini bermaksud menjawab tiga pertanyaan terkait dengan pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani kampung salak melalui peran CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilty) PT. MEDCO E&P di Kota Tarakan. Pertama bagaimana peran CSR dalam pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) kampung salak? kedua, bagaimana tingkat keberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) kampung salak? ketiga, merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (KWT) melalui CSR (Corporate Social Responbility)?. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 10 orang dari kelompok wanita tani di kampung salak berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari PT.MEDCO E&P. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan proses pengumpulan data dengan alur 1. Reduksi data, 2. Penyajian data, 3. Penyimpulan dan verifikasi, 4. Kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian peran CSR dalam pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (a) CSR sebagai motivator diperoleh skor rata-rata 2.75 dengan kriteria baik, (b) CSR sebagai edukator diperoleh skor rata-rata 3 dengan kriteria baik, (c) CSR sebagai fasilitator diperoleh skor rata-rata 2.8 dengan kriteria baik. Tingkat keberdayaan kelompok wanita tani (a) partisipasi diperoleh skor rata-rata 2.8 dengan kriteria baik, (b) pemenuhan kebutuhan diperoleh skor rata-rata 2.6 dengan kriteria baik, (c) keterampilan diperoleh skor rata-rata 2.75 dengan kriteria baik. Strategi pemberdayaan yang bisa diterapkan pada kelompok wanita tani berdasarkan Diagram SWOT dan FKK (a) Memperluas area tanam dan meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya, (b) mengembangkan usaha menjadi pertanian organik sepenuhnya sehingga mampu menambah nilai jual produk, (c) mengembangkan usaha sebagai produsen dan distributor dengan menggunakan sistem kemitraan, (d) mengembangkan dan menerapkan inovasi yang telah diperoleh dari hasil pembinaan oleh CSR.

This study aimed to answer three questions related to empowerment of a group of women farmers in the kampung salak through the Corporate Social Responsibility role of PT. MEDCO E&P in Tarakan City. First, what is the role of CSR in empowering the kampung salak women farmers group KWT. Second , what is the level of empowerment of the women farmers group KWT. Third, what are the strategies for empowering women farmers group KWT through corporate social responsibility. Samples were determined using purposive sampling technique, with a total 10 respondents from the group of women farmers in based on information obtained from PT. Medco E&P. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis after collecting the data through the processes of data reduction , data presentation, conclusion and verification, and final conclusions. The result showed that the data of CSR in impowering farmers women group were (a) as a motivator obtained an average score of 2.75 with good criteria, (b) as an educator obtained an average score of 3 with good criteria, (c) as a facilitator obtained an average score of 2.8 with good criteria. The level of empowerment of women farmers group were (a) participation obtained an average score of 2.8 with good criteria, (b) the fulfilment of needs obtained an average score of 2. 6 with good criteria , and (c) skills obtained an average score of 2.75 with good criteria. Empowerment strategies that were applied to the group of women farmers based on the SWOT and FKK diagram were (a) Expanding the planting area and increasing cultivation productivity, (b) developing a business into fully organic farming so as to increasing product selling value , (c) developing businesses as producers and distributors by using a partnership system, and (d) developing and implementing innovations that were obtained from the result of coaching by CSR.
