Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi pada Kantor PDAM Kota Tarakan). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dalam pengambilan data. Data diperoleh sebanyak 95 responden dari Kantor PDAM Kota Tarakan. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression), uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Dari hasil pengolahan data secara parsial Total Quality Management (TQM) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pada Kantor PDAM Tarakan.
This study was to examine the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) and organizational culture on performance (study on PDAM Office Tarakan). The research was conducted using random sampling techniques in data collection. Data was obtained as many as 95 respondents from PDAM Office Tarakan. Processing of data using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression), validity, reliability, and classical assumption. From the results of data processing by partial Total Quality Management (TQM) affect the performance and organizational culture affect the performance in PDAM Office Tarakan.
