Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model Every One Is A Teacher Here terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain Pretest-Posttest Non Equivalent Control Group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 70 siswa yang terbagi dalam dua kelas yaitu kelas VII-9 sebagai kelompok kontrol dan kelas VII-8 sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes objektif sebanyak 36 soal dengan 4 pilihan jawaban. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data gain secara statistik menggunakan uji independent sample t-test diperoleh Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar = 0,000 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05 dan diperoleh thitung 11.526 pada taraf signifikansi ? serta df = 68 diperoleh nilai ttabel 1,667 berarti thitung > ttabel. Hal ini membuktikan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model Every One Is A Teacher Here terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan.

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of using Every One Is A Teacher Here model towards the biology learning result of the students class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan. This research is a quasi-experimental research by using Pretest-Posttest Non Equivalent Control Group design. The populations of this research were the students class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan. The research samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The total samples were 70 students which were divided into two classes namely class VII-9 as the control group and class VII-8 as the experimental group. The technique to collect the data was using the objective test instrument for 36 questions with 4 answer choices. The hypothesis test was using independent sample t-test. Based on the analysis result of gain data in statistically by using independent sample t-test, it was obtained that Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 smaller than significant difference 0,05 and it was also obtained that tvalue 11.526 on the significant difference ? and df = 68 was obtained the ttable score 1,667 which meant that tvalue > ttable. This verify that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, thus it could be concluded that there was an influence of using Every One Is A Teacher Here model towards the biology learning result of the students class VII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan.
