Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Kota Tarakan. Metode sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan simple Random sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 79 orang. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 11.5. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Tarakan, dan seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Tarakan.
This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection process on the performance of employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Kota Tarakan. Sampling method used in this study is the probability sampling with a sampling technique by using simple random sampling. The number of respondents as many as 79 people. The method of analysis using the multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 11.5. These results indicate that recruitment positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT.
