Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri 3 Malinau.Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Inggris kelas sepuluh dan kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 3 Malinau. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen, yaitu: catatan lapangan, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri 3 Malinau belum diterapkan dengan baik; dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajarannya guru masih belum terlalu mengerti terhadap kurikulum 2013 dikarenakan kurangnya pelatihan kurikulum 2013 dan yang menyebabkan guru tidak dapat menerapkan pendekatan ilmiah seperti yang diharapkan, gurunya masih belum bisa memanajemen ruang kelas, dan kurangnya media dan alat pembelajaran. Di dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran, guru kurang memahami penilaian otentik dan semua item dalam pendekatan ilmiah di dalam kurikulum 2013. Tidak semua penilaian yang telah disebutkan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran diterapkan dalam proses evaluasi.

The objective of this research was describing the implementation of curriculum of 2013 in SMA Negeri 3 Malinau.The research design of this research was descriptive qualitative. The research subjects ofthis research were the English teacher at the tenth grade and the principal ofSMA Negeri 3 Malinau. The technique of collecting data in this research used three instruments, they were: field notes, interview, and document analysis. The results of this study are the curriculum, 2013 in SMA Negeri 3 Malinau has not been applied properly; in the implementation of the learning process is still not fully understand teachers to the curriculum in 2013 due to lack of training curriculum in 2013 and which led teachers can not apply a scientific approach as expected, the teacher still cannot manage classrooms, and the lack of media and learning tools. In the evaluation of learning, a teacher still do not understand well about the authentic assessment and all items in the scientific approach in the curriculum of 2013. Not all assessments that have been mentioned in the learning plan is applied in the evaluation process.
