Abstract

Visi, misi, nilai dan motto merupakan salah satu indikator dalam fungsi perencanaan keperawatan. Visi misi, nilai dan motto yang jelas di ruangan keperawatan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, motivasi perawat, serta membangun budaya organisasi yang positif. Permasalahan yang terkadang muncul adalah visi misi, nilai dan motto ruangan itu belum tersedia. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah mengembangkan fungsi perencanaan kepala ruangan terkait visi misi nilai dan motto serta mengetahui pandangan perawat terkait pengaruh fungsi perencanaan terhadap kinerja perawat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan Karya Ilmiah Ners ini adalah studi kasus. Metode pengambilan data: observasi, studi dokumentasi, Project Based Learning, kuesioner dan wawancara di ruang perawatan dewasa. Hasil studi kasus: visi misi, nilai dan motto telah dirancang, disepakati, dan disusun oleh kepala ruangan dan perawat. Hasil dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 28 perawat yaitu: 66 % perawat memahami isi visi misi, nilai dan motto ruang perawatan dewasa. 53% perawat mempersepikan visi misi, nilai dan motto ruangan dapat memotivasi perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. 64% perawat mengatakan visi misi, nilai dan motto ruangan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Kesimpulan dari studi kasus ini adalah visi misi, nilai dan motto dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja perawat dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Oleh karena itu manajemen keperawatan perlu memperhatikan visi misi, nilai dan motto di ruangan.

Vision, mission, values, and motto are key indicators in nursing planning functions. Clear vision, mission, values, and motto in the nursing unit are crucial for improving service quality, nurse motivation, and fostering a positive organizational culture. A common issue is that the vision, mission, values, and motto of the unit are not yet established. The objectives of this case study were to develop the planning function of the unit head regarding vision, mission, values, and motto, and to identify nurses' perspectives on the impact of planning functions on nursing performance. The method used in this nursing scientific paper was a case study. Data collection methods included observation, document review, project-based learning. questionnaires, and interviews in the adult care unit. The results of the case study showed that the vision, mission, values, and motto had been designed, agreed upon, and formulated by the unit head and nurses. The results of the questionnaire distributed to 28 nurses were as follows: 66% of nurses understood the content of the vision, mission, values, and motto of the adult care unit 53% of nurses perceived that the vision, mission, values, and motto of the unit could motivate nurses to provide quality care. 64% of nurses stated that the vision, mission, values, and motto of the unit could influence nursing performance. This case study concludes that the vision, mission, values, and motto can enhance nurses' motivation and performance in providing nursing care.
