Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan pola pertumbuhan dengan pendekatan Hubungan Panjang - Berat (HPB), faktor kondisi dari udang galah (Macrobrachium rosenbergii), dan menganalisis serta mendapatkan model pertumbuhan dengan pendekatan pertumbuhan von Bertalanffy pada biota udang galah di perairan Muara desa Tepian Sembakung. Penelitian yang di lakukan selama 3 bulan dari bulan November 2019 hingga Januari 2020. Penelitian yang di rancang menggunakan metode purposive random sampling.
Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan dari sampel sebanyak 150 ekor, hubungan PT-BT bersifat alometrik negative b < 3 dengan nilai 2.8933x, PAb-BT bersifat alometrik negative b < 3 dengan nilai 2.5615x, PK-BT bersifat alometrik negative b < 3 dengan nilai 1.7102x. Untuk faktor kondisi bentuk tubuh sangat pipih PT-BT sebesar 0,67%, PAb-BT 4,00%, PK-BT 3,33%. Bentuk tubuh pipih PT-BT sebesar 52,00%, PAb-BT 44,00%, PK-BT 46,00%. Bentuk tubuh proporsional PT-BT sebesar 1,33%, PAb-BT 1,33%, PK-BT 1,33%. Bentuk tubuh gemuk PT-BT sebesar 43,33%, PAb-BT 45,33%, PK-BT 39,33%. Dan bentuk tubuh sangat gemuk PT-BT sebesar 2,67%, PAb-BT 5,33%, PK-BT 10,00%. Pertumbuhan model von Bertalanffy didapatkan pertumbuhan panjang maksimal sebesar 22,299 cm selama 75,5 hari. Model pertumbuhan von Bertalanffy yaitu Lt = 22,299 (1-2,71828 0,1469 (t-0,0522) ).

The study aims to analyze and obtain the growth patterns with the Long-Weight Relationship approach, the condition factors of giant prawns (Macrobrachium Rosenbergii), analyze and obtain the growth models with the von Bertalanffy growth approach of giant prawn biota in the waters of Muara Tepian Sembakung village. The study was conducted for 3 months from November 2019 to January 2020. The research was designed by using a purposive random sampling method. The results of the study were obtained from the samples of 150 tails, the relationship of PT-BT was negative allometric b < 3 with the values of 2.8933x, PAb-BT was negative allometric b < 3 with the values of 2.5615x, and PK-BT was negative allometric b < 3 with the values of 1.7102x. The condition factors of PT-PB small appearance was 0.67%, PAb-BT was 4.00% and PK-BT was 3.33%. PT-BT undersized appearance was 52.00%, PAb-BT was 44.00% and PK-BT was 46.00%. The proportional appearance of PT-BT was 1.33%, PAb-BT was 1.33%, and PK-BT was 1.33%. The large appearance of PT-BT was 43.33%, PAb-BT 45.33%, PK-BT 39.33%. The huge appearance of PT-BT was 2.67%, PAb-BT was 5.33% and PK-BT was 10.00%. The growth model of von Bertalanffy has obtained a maximum length growth of 22,299 cm for 75.5 days.
