Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Knowledge Donating dan Knowledge Collecting terhadap Innovation Capability dan Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Tarakan Plaza di Kota Tarakan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear bertingkat. Tahap pertama menguji validitas dan realibilitas pernyataan dari setiap variabel. Tahap kedua uji normalitas dengan One-sample Kolmogorof-Smirnov Test. Tahap ketiga menguji hipotesis secara parsial (uji t). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Knowledge donating berpengaruh positif pada innovation capability. 2. Knowledge collecting berpengaruh positif pada innovation capability. 3. Knowledge donating berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan. 4. Knowledge collecting berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan. 5. Innovation capabilty berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan. 6. Innovation capability memediasi penuh hubungan antara knowledge donating dengan kinerja karyawan. 7. Innovation capability memediasi penuh hubungan antara knowledge collecting dengan kinerja karyawan.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge donating to innovation and knowledge collecting capability and of employee performance at the hotel tarakan tarakan plaza in the city . A method of the sample used in this research is a technique purposive the sampling method of .In this research 95 sample respondents .The method of analysis data using high-rise linear regression analysis .The first phase and realibilitas test the validity of its statement for each variable .The second phase of normality with test one-sample kolmogorof-smirnov test .The third stage test hypotheses in full ( his test ). The results of the analysis by the use of spss version 16 shows that: 1 .Knowledge donating have had a positive impact on innovation capability. 2 .Knowledge collecting capability have had a positive impact on innovation. 3 .Knowledge donating it has some positive effects on employee performance. 4 .Knowledge collecting it has some positive effects on employee performance. 5..Innovation capabilty influential positive for employee performance. 6.Innovation capability mediate full of the relationship between knowledge donating with employee performance. 7.Innovation capability mediate full of the relationship between knowledge collecting with employee performance.
