Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tata Kelola Perusahaan terhadap Kompensasi Chief Executive Officer (CEO) pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan Minyak, Gas dan Batubara di BEI Periode 2019-2022. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang diperoleh sebanyak 38 perusahaan sehingga diperoleh 152 observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan regresi data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi STATA versi 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi chief executive officer (CEO) dan independensi dewan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi chief executive officer (CEO).

The study aimed to determine the influence of corporate governance on the compensation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Oil, Gas and Coal Mining Sector Companies in the IDX Period 2019-2022. This study approach uses quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange Website. Sample selection using purposive sampling methods for 38 companies with 152 observations were obtained. The data analysis technique in this study uses panel data regression calculations using the STATA application version 17. The study results showed that the size of the board of directors affects chief executive officer (CEO) compensation, and board independence has no effect on chief executive officer (CEO) compensation.
