
Upaya Guru Bimbingan Dan Konseling Dalam Etika Pergaulan Siswa Di SMAN Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung

Abstract
Guru bimbingan dan konseling memiliki peran membimbing atau mengarahkan siswa tentang etika pergaulan, munculnya rasa saling mengagumi satu sama lain, rasa tolong menolong dan empati terhadap sesama sehingga tercipta kehidupan yang harmonis, rukun dan tanpa kekerasan selanjutnya diharapkan muncul kedisiplinan yang baik di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) dalam membimbing etika pergaulan siswa di SMAN Terpadu Unggulan 1 Tana Tidung, serta implikasinya pada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga guru BK dan dua siswa yang terlibat dalam bimbingan. Analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman dimana terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru BK melakukan berbagai upaya dengan pencegahan di keluarga yaitu bimbingan kelompok, sekolah layanan klasikal dan individual, masyarakat bimbingan individual selanjutnya penanganan di keluarga memberikan layanan, di sekolah memberikan arahan, di masyarakat sama halnya juga memberikan arahan. Dalam konteks keluarga, guru BK bekerja sama dengan orang tua untuk memberikan arahan mengenai etika bergaul yang baik, meskipun tidak ada materi khusus yang diberikan secara formal. Di sekolah, upaya yang dilakukan termasuk pemberian materi etika bergaul kepada siswa secara klasikal maupun individual. Sedangkan di masyarakat, guru BK memberikan bimbingan yang lebih bersifat situasional, baik dalam bentuk layanan bimbingan individual maupun kelompok. Upaya-upaya tersebut bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai moral dan norma sosial yang dapat membentuk perilaku positif siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

The role of guidance and counseling teachers is to provide students with guidance and direction in matters of social ethics, fostering mutual admiration, cultivating a sense of empathy and assistance for others, and thereby promoting a harmonious and non-violent school environment. The implementation of such guidance is expected to result in the establishment of good school discipline. The objective of this research was to describe a comprehensive account of the efforts of Guidance and Counseling teachers in guiding students social ethics at SMA Terpadu Unggulan I Tana Tidung, along with the implications of these efforts for the community. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman theory which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research used a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews as a data collection technique. The research subjects consisted of three guidance and counseling teachers and two students. The analysis of the data was conducted in accordance with the theory proposed by Miles and Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and taking conclusions. The results of the research showed that guidance and counseling teachers implemented a variety of prevention strategies within the family, including group guidance, services of classical and individual at school, individual guidance in the community, handling in the family provided services, at school provided direction, and in the community as well as providing direction. In the family context, counseling teachers work together with parents to provide direction on good social etiquette, although there is no specific material provided formally. At school, the efforts made include providing material on social ethics to students in class and individually. Meanwhile, in the community, counseling teachers provide guidance that is more situational, both in the form of individual and group guidance services. These efforts aim to instill moral values and social norms that can shape students' positive behavior in everyday life. Keywords: Student Social Ethics, Guidance and Counseling
