Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Aktif Tipe Question Student Have (QSH) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Mei sampai dengan 06 Juni 2016 di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi exsperimental research dengan desain penelitian yaitu Posttest Only Control Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan tahun pembelajaran 2015-2016. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas VII-D sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran aktif tipe Question Student Have (QSH) dan VII-C sebagai kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan non tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 16.0 for windows.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan thitung = 4,456 kemudian nilai tersebut dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel = 2,00488 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Dengan demikian thitung > ttabel, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran aktif tipe Question Student Have lebih besar dari rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan metode konvensional di kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa “terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran aktif tipe Question Student Have terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan”.

This research aims to determine the effect of the active learning models of Question Student Have (QSH) type on the Result of Learning Mathematics at the Seventh Grade Students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan. The research was conducted on May 16th until Juny 06th, 2016 at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan. This research is a quasi exsperimental research with research design that is posttest Only Control Design. The population in this research were all of seventh grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan in Academic years 2015-2016. Sample of this research is class VII-D as experiment class that was using active learning models of Question Student Have (QSH) type and VII-C as control class that was using conventional learning methods. Samples were taken by simple random sampling technique. The Data collection techniques in this research was using the test and non test. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis with SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. The results showed that the results of the calculation t = 4.456 then the value was compared with the value table = 2.00488 on a significant level of 5%. Thus t-test> ttable, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means that the average results of students 'mathematics learning to use active learning models of Question Student Have type larger than the average results of students' mathematics learning by using conventional method in class VII at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan. Thus it can be said that "there is significant active learning model Question Student Have type towards the result of mathematics learning class at seventh grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Tarakan".
