
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VIDEO ANIMASI UNTUK MATERI SISTEM PERNAPASAN MANUSIA DI KELAS VIII

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video animasi materi sistem pernapasan manusia berdasarkan penilaian validator dan respon peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development yang diadaptasi dari model penelitian Borg and Gall (1983). Adapun langkah-langkah yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian dan pengumpulan data awal, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal, uji coba produk awal dan revisi produk. Hasil pengembangan video animasi dari ahli media menunjukkan bahwa video layak dan memperoleh persentase sebesar 90%, ahli materi menilai video sangat layak dengan nilai persentase 98% dan penilaian praktisi menunjukkan nilai 100% yang termasuk dalam kriteria sangat layak. Melalui uji coba produk pada 9 peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan, media video animasi yang dikembangkan mendapatkan respon positif dengan rata-rata tingkat ketertarikan peserta didik mencapai 98% yang menunjukkan bahwa media dinilai sangat menarik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan uji coba produk, media video animasi memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.

This study aimed to develop animated video of human respiratory system material based on validator assessment and learner response. This type of research is Research and Development adapted from the Borg and Gall (1983) research model. The steps used in this research were research and initial data collection, planning, initial product development, initial product trials, and product revision. The results of the development of animated videos from media experts obtained a percentage of 90% with highly feasible criteria, material experts obtained a percentage of 98% including highly feasible criteria, and 100% practitioner assessment included highly feasible criteria. Through product trials on 9 students of class IX SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan, this animated video media received a positive response with an average level of interest of students reaching 98%, which indicated that the animated video media was considered particularly interesting. Based on the results of validation and product trials, the animated video media fulfilled the eligibility criteria. Keywords: learning media, human respiratory system, video animation
