Abstract
Infrastruktur pertanian memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani. Infrastruktur pertanian, seperti jalan usaha tani, saluran irigasi, dan jembatan, merupakan komponen penting yang mendukung produktivitas pertanian di Tanjung Buka SP.1, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap infrastruktur pertanian di Tanjung Buka SP.1, dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan petani terhadap infrastruktur pertanian di Tanjung Buka SP.1. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden 40 petani, dipilih berdasarkan kriteria petani yang menggarap lahan dan memanfaatkan infrastruktur pertanian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Custemer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja infrastruktur dan juga tingkat kepuasan petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani menilai infrastruktur jalan usahatani dan irigasi kinerjanya rendah tetapi tingkat kepentingannya tinggi. Sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat kepuasan petani terhadap jalan usahatani 50% tidak puas, irigasi pertanian sebesar 44% artinya tidak puas dan jembatan sebesar 67% artinya puas.

Agricultural infrastructure is essential for enhancing farmer productivity and improving their welfare. Key components such as farm roads, irrigation channels, and bridges significantly contribute to agricultural activities in Tanjung Buka SP.1. This study aimed to determine farmers' perceptions of agricultural infrastructure and analyze their satisfaction levels with the existing infrastructure in Tanjung Buka SP.1. A purposive sampling method was used, selecting 40 respondents who actively farm and utilize the available agricultural infrastructure. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews and then were analyzed using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods to measure the level of importance and performance of infrastructure, as well as the level of farmers' satisfaction. The findings revealed that farmers rated the performance of farm roads and irrigation infrastructure as low, despite considering them highly important. Specifically, 50% of farmers expressed dissatisfaction with farm roads, 44% were dissatisfied with agricultural irrigation, and 67% were satisfied with the condition of bridges. These results suggested a need for improvements in the most critical areas of agricultural infrastructure to better support local farmers.
