
Uji Pemberian ZPT Serta Lama Perendaman Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Pembungaan Stek Krisan (Chrysanthimum indicum l.)

Abstract
Produksi krisan di Kalimantan Utara khususnya di Kota Tarakan masih terbilang minim sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan produksi. Salah satu caranya adalah penggunaan kombinasi antara ZPT dan lama perendaman. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh ZPT terhadap respon pertumbuhan dan pembungaan stek krisan, pengaruh lama perendaman terhadap respon pertumbuhan dan pembungaan stek krisan dan interaksi ZPT dan lama perendaman terhadap respon pertumbuhan dan pembungaan stek tanaman krisan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei - Agustus 2023 di lahan penelitian Fakultas PertanianUniversitas Borneo Tarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor yaitu Faktor 1 : Rootone-f dengan 4 taraf yaitu R0 = Kontrol, R1 = 0,1 ml/liter, R2 = 0,2 ml/liter, R3 = 0,3 ml/liter dan Faktor 2 : Lama Perendaman dengan 4 taraf yaitu P1 : 10 Menit, P2 : 20 Menit, P3 : 30 Menit, P4 : 40 Menit, setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga terdapat 48 satuan percobaan. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis, tanaman yang paling tinggi dijumpai pada perlakuan R3P4 dengan tinggi 51,33 cm. jumlah daun yang paling banyak dijumpai pada perlakuan R2P2, yaitu ±53 helai. Jumlah anakan yang paling banyak dijumpai pada perlakuan R0P1, yaitu 6 anakan. Jumlah akar yang paling banyak dijumpai pada perlakuan R3P4, yaitu ±36. Akar yang paling panjang dijumpai pada perlakuan R3P4, yaitu 14,66 cm. Jumlah cabang yang paling banyak dijumpai pada perlakuan R0P2, yaitu ±6 cabang. Jumlah cabang yang mengeluarkan bunga yang paling banyak dijumpai pada perlakuan R1P3, yaitu ±2 cabang. Jumlah bunga pada batang utama yang paling banyak dijumpai pada perlakuan R3P1, yaitu ±6 bunga.

Increased production of chrysanthemums is necessary because it is currently quite low in North Kalimantan, particularly in Tarakan City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ZPT on the growth and flowering response of chrysanthemum cuttings, the effect of soaking time on the growth and flowering response of chrysanthemum cuttings and the interaction of ZPT and soaking time on the growth and flowering response of chrysanthemum plant cuttings. This research was conducted in May to August 2023 at the research centre of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Borneo Tarakan. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) with 2 factors, namely Factor 1: Rootone-f with 4 levels, namely RO Control, R10.1 ml/liter, R2=0.2 ml/liter, R30.3 ml/liter and Factor 2: Soaking Time with 4 levels, namely P1: 10 Minutes, P2: 20 Minutes, P3: 30 Minutes, P4: 40 Minutes, each treatment was repeated 3 times so that there were 48 experimental units. Based on the results of the analysis, the tallest plants were found in the R3P4 treatment with a height of 51.33 cm. The largest number of leaves was found in the R2P2 treatment, which was ± 53 strands. The largest number of shoots was found in the ROP1 treatment, which was 6 shoots. The largest number of roots was found in the R3P4 treatment, which was ± 36. The longest roots were found in the R3P4 treatment, which was 14.66 cm. The most branches found in the ROP2 treatment, which is 6 branches. The most branches producing flowers found in the R1P3 treatment, which is ±2 branches.
