Abstract
Sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 dipercaya mampu memberikan dorongan positif kepada kinerja karyawan secara terus menerus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 yang terdiri dari kepemimpinan , keterlibatan semua karyawan, pendekatan proses, pendekatan sistem manajemen dan perbaikan secara terus menerus terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Intracawood Manufacturing. Populasi sebanyak 912 karyawan dan 120 karyawan sebagai responden. Sampel diperoleh berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Intracawood Manufacturing .

The ISO 9001:2008 quality management system is believed to be able to continuously provide positive encouragement to employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system which consists of leadership, involvement of all employees, process approach, management system approach, and continuous improvement on employee performance at PT Intracawood Manufacturing. The population was 912 employees and 120 employee oyees were respondents. Samples are obtained based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system has significant influences both simultaneously and partially on the employee performance of PT Intracawood Manufacturing.
