Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Permainan Lempar Sandal Terhadap Komunikasi Interpersonal siswa, bahwa komunikasi interpersonal atau komunikasi antarpribadi adalah komunikasi antara orang-orang secara tatap muka, yang memungkinkan setiap pesertanya menangkap reaksi orang lain secara langsung, adapun indikator komunikasi interpersonal yaitu Keterbukaan, Empati, Perilaku Suportif, Perilaku Positif, Kesamaan. salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa menggunakan Layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan lempar sandal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan pre eksperimen desain one group pretest posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 58 siswa dan sampel 10 siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Malinau Utara. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan spps 26 for windows, menggunakan uji wilxocon asymp sig = ,005 < α = 0,05 Maka Ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat pengaruh penerapan teknik permainan lempar sandal secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal yang dialami siswa VIII SMP Negeri 1 Malinau Utara.

This research aims to determine the influence of the slipper throwing game on students' interpersonal communication, that interpersonal communication or interpersonal communication is communication between people face to face, which allows each participant to capture other people's reactions directly, as for the indicators of interpersonal communication, they are Openness, Empathy, Supportive Behavior, Positive Behavior, Equality. One of the efforts made to improve students' interpersonal communication is using group guidance services with the Slipper throwing game technique. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a pre-experiment design one group pretest post-test design. The population was 58 students, and the sample was 10 students in class VIII at SMPN 1 Malinau Utara. Based on the descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using SPSS 26 for Windows, using test Wilcoxon asymp sig = ,005 < α = 0,05 Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence of applying the slipper throwing game technique to improve interpersonal communication experienced by students of VIII SMPN 1 Malinau Utara.
