Abstract
Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan upayaiyang idilakukan ioleh iguru idalam memberikan imotivasi ibelajar isiswa pada kelas IV di SDN 007 Lumbis Ogong. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini berupa data primer dan sekunder dengan informan kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru di SDN 007 Lumbis Ogong telah menerapkan upaya guru dalam memberikan motivasi belajar pada siswa melalui proses (1)memberikan nilai/angka pada buku tugas siswa, penilaian tengah semester, penilaian akhir semester lalu nilainya digabungkan untuk menetukan nilai akhir di rapot siswa. (2)Kompetisi dan persaingan yang bersifat positif kepada siswa berupa kompetisi secara individu maupun kelompok. (3)Memberikan hadiah kepada siswa yang mendapatkan rangking 3 besar saat pembagian raport. (4)Memberikan ulangan kepada siswa untuk mengukur sejauh mana kemampuan siswa memahami materi yang telah guru ajarkan berupa ulangan harian, penilaian tengah semester penilaian akhir semester. (5)Evaluasi hasil belajar adapun yang diberikan berupa memberikan tugas-tugas sederhana yang diselesaikan siswa selama satu semester. Tugas-tugas yang diberikan meliputi ulangan harian dan hasil portofolio. (6)Memberikan hukuman kepada siswa yang melanggar aturan di sekolah, hukuman yang diberikan berupa memberikan tugas tambahan, memungut sampah, membersikan ruangan kelas dan lingkungan sekolah. (7)Memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengungkapkan hambatan belajar yang di alaminya, guru membantu siswa untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang siswa alami serta mengarahkan siswa untuk memahami materi yang sulit. Berdasarkan kesimpulan yang diperoleh peneliti bahwa guru telah memberikan motivasi belajar selama proses pembelajaran.

This study describes the teacher's efforts in providing student learning motivation in class IV at SDN 007 Lumbis Ogong. This research used descriptive qualitative. The data sources in this study were primary and secondary data from informants of principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis techniques included data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that teachers at SDN 007 Lumbis Ogong have implemented teacher efforts in motivating students to learn through the process of (1) giving grades/numbers in student assignment books, midterm assessments, end-of- semester assessments, and then the grades are combined to determine the final grade on the student report card. (2) competition and competition that is positive to students in the form of individual and group competitions. (3) giving prizes to students who get the top three rankings when distributing report cards. (4) giving tests to students to measure the extent to which students can understand the material that the teacher has taught in the form of daily tests, mid-semester assessments, and end-of-semester assessments. (5) evaluation of learning outcomes and those given by giving simple assignments that students complete during one semester. The tasks given include daily tests and portfolio results. (6) giving punishment to students who violate the rules at school, the punishment given is in the form of giving additional assignments, picking up trash, cleaning classrooms, and the school environment. (7) By providing opportunities for students to express their learning obstacles, teachers help students solve problems that students experience and direct students to understand complex material-based on the conclusions indicated that the teacher has provided learning motivation during the learning process.
