Abstract
Tanaman wijen (Sesamum indicum L.) merupakan komoditas pertanian yang memiliki potensi agroindustri sebagai bahan dasar penting produk pangan, minyak, farmasi, kosmetik, dan aneka industri. Tingkat produktivitas wijen di Indonesia tergolong rendah yaitu sebesar 465 kg/ha, padahal potensi produksinya dapat mencapai 1.600 kg/ha. Peningkatan produktivitas dapat dilakukan dengan pemenuhan nutrisi tanaman melalui pemupukan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengunaan pupuk terpadu organik dan anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman wijen. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan satu faktor: PO kontrol (tanpa pemupukan), P1 = 100 g/m, kotoran ayam + 10 g/m, pupuk NPK. P2100 g/m, kotoran ayam+15 g/m pupuk NPK. P3100 g/m, kotoran ayam+20 g/m pupuk NPK. P4200 g/m. kotoran ayam+10 g/m, pupuk NPK. P5200 g/m, kotoran ayam+15 g/m pupuk NPK. P6200 g/m, kotoran ayam+20 g/m pupuk NPK. P7300 g/m, kotoran ayam+10 g/m pupuk NPK. P8300 g/m, kotoran ayam+15 g/m, pupuk NPK. P9 = 300 g/m, kotoran ayam+20 g/m pupuk NPK. Parameter yang diamati meliputi, Tinggi tanaman, Panjang dan jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, diameter batang, jumlah polong. Panjang polong, berat basah dan kering. Data dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan diuji lanjut menggunkan DMRT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pupuk organik kotoran ayam dan pupuk anorganik NPK berpengaruh nyata terhadap Panjang daun, jumlah daun, diameter batang pada umur 30 dan 100 HST dengan perlakuan P6 (Pupuk kotoran ayam 200g+20g Pupuk NPK), P7 (Pupuk kotoran ayam 300g+10g pupuk NPK) dan P9 (Pupuk kotoran ayam 300g+20g pupuk NPK).

The sesame plant (Sesamum indicum L.) is an agricultural commodity with significant agro-industrial potential, serving as a crucial ingredient for food, oil, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and various industrial products However, sesame productivity in Indonesia is relatively low at 465 kg/ha, compared to its production potential of 1,600 kg/ha. Enhancing productivity can be achieved through proper fertilization to meet plant nutritional needs. This research aimed to determine the effect of using organic and inorganic integrated fertilizers on the growth and production of sesame plants. This research utilized a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with one factor and ten treatments: PO control (no fertilization), P1100 g/m² of chicken manure 10 g/m² of NPK fertilizer, P2 100 g/m² of chicken manure 15 g/m² of NPK fertilizer, P3100 g/m² of chicken manure + 20 g/m² of NPK fertilizer, P4200 g/m² of chicken manure 10 g/m² of NPK fertilizer, P5200 g/m² of chicken manure + 15 g/m² of NPK fertilizer, P6 - 200 g/m³ of chicken manure 20 g/m² of NPK fertilizer, P7300 g/m² of chicken manure 10 g/m² of NPK fertilizer, P8300 g/m² of chicken manure + 15 g/m² of NPK fertilizer, and P9300 g/m² of chicken manure + 20 g/m² of NPK fertilizer. Parameters observed included plant height, leaf length and number, number of branches, stem diameter, number of pods, pod length, and wet and dry weight. The data were analyzed using variance and post hoc tests using DMRT. Data were analyzed using variance analysis and post hoc tests with DMRT. The results indicated that the application of organic chicken manure combined with NPK inorganic fertilizer significantly affected leaf length, number of leaves, and stem diameter at 30 and 100 days after planting (DAP). The most effective treatments were P6 (200 g of chicken manure+ 20 g of NPK fertilizer), P7 (300 g of chicken manure 10 g of NPK fertilizer), and P9 (300 g of chicken manure + 20 g of NPK fertilizer).
