Abstract

Untuk mendukung proses produksi pada suatu industri terdapat banyak peralatan motor listrik berupa motor induksi. Motor induksi merupakan motor yang paling banyak digunakan dalam berbagai bidang, mulai dari lingkungan rumah tangga, hingga industri skala besar. Hal ini dikarenakan motor induksi memiliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan motor jenis lainnya. Motor induksi yang digunakan secara kontinyu atau terus menerus tidak menjamin akan selalu bekerja dengan normal, artinya motor tersebut dapat mengalami kerusakan-kerusakan. Kerusakan-kerusakan tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja motor induksi berkurang. Untuk mengetahui kinerja motor di PT. Intracawood Manufacturing, dengan melakukan analisis terhadap motor Blower Sander, Rotary, Conveyor Dry, dan Conveyor Finishing masing-masing pada pengambilan data motor berdasarkan name plate dan motor pada kondisi saat ini yang sedang berjalan atau setelah rewinding. Analisis kinerja motor dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan arus, daya input, daya output, torsi beban, torsi induksi, dan efisiensi. Dari hasil perhitungan, pada motor Blower Sander dengan pengambilan data motor berdasarkan name plate dengan arus 103 A, tegangan 380 V, dan putaran 1480 rpm didapat daya input sebesar 58.979 kW, daya output 51.214 kW, torsi induksi 335.12 N.m, torsi beban 330.62 N.m, dan efisiensi 86,83%, sedangkan pada motor kondisi saat ini dengan arus 81.2 A, tegangan 367.6 V, dan putaran 1474 rpm didapat daya input sebesar 43.945 kW, daya output 38.605 kW, torsi induksi 254.7 N.m, torsi beban 250.23 N.m, dan efisiensi 87.84%. Dari hasil pengukuran dan perhitungan, maka kinerja motor induksi tiga fasa di PT. Intracawood Manufacturing lebih baik pada kondisi saat ini atau setelah dilakukan rewinding.

To support the production process in an industry, there are many electric motor equipment in the form of induction motors. Induction motors are the most widely used motors in various fields, ranging from household environments to large-scale industries. This is because induction motors have several advantages over other types of motors. lnduction motors that are used continuously do not guarantee that they will always work normally, meaning that the motor can experience damage. These damages can affect the perfomance ofthe reduced induction motor. To find out the performance of the motor at PT Intracawood Manufacturing, an analysis was carried out on the Blower Sander, Rotary, Conveyor Dry, and Conveyor Finishing motors, respectively on taking motor data based on the nameplate and the motor in the current condition that was running or after rewinding. Motor performance analysis was conducted by calculating current, input power, output power, load torque, induction torque, and efficiency. From the calculation results, the Blower Sander motor by taking motor data based on the nameplate with a current of 103 A, a voltage of 380 V, and a rotation of 1480 rpm obtained an input power of 58.979 kW, an output power of 51.214 kW, an induction torque of335.12 N.m, a load torque of 330.62 N. m, and efficiency of 86.83%. Meanwhile, the current motor condition with a current of81.2 A, a voltage of367.6 V, and a rotation of 1474 rpm obtained input power of 43.945 kW, output power of 38.605 kW, induction torque of 254.7 N.m, load torque of 250.23 N.m, and efficiency of 87.84%. From the results of measurements and calculations, the performance of a three-phase induction motor at PT INTRACAWOOD MANUFACTURING was better in the current condition or after rewinding.
