Abstract

Tanaman kangkung( Ipomoea reptans poir) dapat ditanam mulai dari dataran rendah sampai dataran tinggi,dimana suatu ketinggian dapat mempengaruhu kualitas hasilnya.Kangkung merupakan jenis tanaman sayuran daun,dan termasuk ke dalam family Convolvulaceae. Sumber gizi yang terkandung kedalam tanaman sawi yaitu terdiri dari besi, protein, lemak, karbohidrat, serat, kalsium, fosfor, besi dan berbagai jenis vitamin lainnya seperti vitamin A,vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3 dan tentu saja vitamin C. Bayam (Amaranthus sp.) merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang biasa ditanami menjadi tanaman sayuran yang bisa untuk dikonsumsi oleh banyak orang, yang dimana bagian sayuran yang bisa dimakan yaitu pada bagian daun. Udang merupakan bahan makanan yang tentu saja banyak mengandung vitamin A,vitamin E,vitamin B1,kalori,lemak,protein dan juga banyak mengandung zat kapur,mineral,fosfor,potassium yang sangat baik untuk tubuh.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah udang terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sayuran kangkung,bayam dan sawi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jl.Camar IV RT 03 NO 91 Juata Permai Kota Tarakan,Kalimantan Utara pada bulan Juni 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan satu faktor perlakuan sebagai berikut: C1: Tanaman Sawi, C2: Tanaman Bayam, dan C3: Tanaman Kangkung. Pada hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan yaitu pada hasil data grafik dengan pemberian pupuk organik cair(POC) limbah udang terjadinya peningkatan tinggi tanaman,panjang daun,dan jumlah daun untuk tanaman sawi,bayam dan kangkung.

Water spinach plants (Ipomoea reptans poir) can be grown in various elevations, from the plains to highlands, with the height affecting the yield quality. Water spinach is a leafy vegetable that is classified under the Convolvulaceae family. Mustard greens, scientifically known as Brassica juncea L, are leafy vegetables belonging to the cruciferae family. They are highly valued for their economic importance. Mustard greens are rich in essential nutrients, including iron, protein, fat, carbs, viber, calcium, phosphorus and numerous vitamins such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B3 and C. Spinach is scientifically knowns as a Amaranthus, Sp, is a widely consumed green vegatable. Its leaves are the edible component of the plant. Shrimp is a highly nutritious food that is rich in vitamins A, E, and B1, as well as calories, lipids, proteins, and vital minerals like calcium, phosphorus, and potassium, all of which have health benefits. The objectives of this study is to asses the impact of shrimpwaste liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of water spinach, spinach, and mustard greens. The study was carried out on June 2023 at Jl. Camar IV RT 03 No 91 Juata Permai, Tarakan City, North Kalimantan. The study utilized a Randomised block design (RBD) methodology, incorporating a single treatment factor: C1: Mustard greens, C2:Spinach, and C3: Water Spinach. Observation were conducted on three criteria, family plant height, leaf length, and number of leaves, to asses the effects of applying shrimp waste liquid organic fertilizer on water spinach, spinach, water spinach, and mustard greens. The findings demonstrated that the utilization of shrimp waste liquid organic fertilizer (POC) led to a notable and enhancement in the growth parameters of mustard greens, spinach, and water spinach, including plant height, leaf length, and leaf count.
