Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh disiplin, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan departemen produksi PT. Intracawood Manufacturing Kota Tarakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan (Kuesioner dan Wawancara). Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling (sampel acak sederhana) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 190 karyawan bagian produksi PT. Intracawood Manufacturing Kota Tarakan. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda dan uji t (parsial) dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil membuktikan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin maka kinerja karyawannya juga meningkat, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja maka kinerja karyawannya juga meningkat, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya semakin baik tingkat motivasi maka kinerja karyawannya juga meningkat.

The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of discipline, job satisfaction and motivation on the performance of production department employees of PT. Intracawood Manufacturing in Tarakan City. Survey-based quantitative research was the methodology employed in this study. Methods of gathering data were done through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Probability sampling was used to choose the research sample. The sampling strategy was simple random sampling, with 190 production personnel of PT. Intracawood Manufacturing in Tarakan City as the sample. Next, with the aid of the SPSS software, a partial t-test and a multiple regression analysis model were used to conduct a hypothesis test. The findings showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which meant that an increase in job satisfaction also resulted in an increase in employee performance, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It implied that performance will rise in correlation with a higher degree of motivation.
