
Emotional Intelegence Dan Work Life Balance Dalam Meningkatkan Perspektif Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Pada Pegawai Kantor UPT Bapenda Pemprov Kaltara)

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Emotional Intelegennce dan Work Life Balance terhadap Organizational Citizinship Behaviour dan Kepauasan Kerja Sebagai Pemediasi, pengaruh Emotional Intelegennce, Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizinship Behaviour, serta pengaruh mediasi Kepuasan Kerja terhadap hubungan antara Emotional Intelegennce dan Work Life Balance dengan Organizational Citizinship Behaviour. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Purpose SEMPLS. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu seluruh pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja pada 5 (lima) UPT Bapenda Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squere (PLS) dengan bantuan program komputer SmartPLS.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Emotional Intelegence berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.Emotional Intelligence tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.Emotional Intelligence yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Work Life Balance yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
Implikasi Teoritis Teori Kelembagaan dan Teori Disonansi Kognitif dalam menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan Organizational Citizinship Behaviour. Implikasi Praktis dalam penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktek manajemen yang dapat digunakan dalam membangun perilaku Organizational Citizinship Behaviour pada organisasi

This research aims to empirically test the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Work-Life Balance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Satisfaction as mediators, the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, as well as the mediating influence of Job Satisfaction on the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Work-Life Balance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research uses the Purpose SEMPLS method approach. The sampling method was all civil servants who worked at five UPTs (The Technical Implementation Unit) Regional Revenue Agency of the North Kalimantan Provincial Government. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS computer program. The results of this research show that Emotional Intelligence has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Work-Life Balance has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Emotional Intelligence does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work-Life Balance has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction. Emotional Intelligence mediated by Job Satisfaction does not influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Work-life balance mediated by Job Satisfaction positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Theoretical Implications of Institutional Theory and Cognitive Dissonance Theory in explaining factors that increase Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Practical Implications in this research contribute to management practices that can be used in developing Organizational Citizenship Behavior in organizations.
