Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak bullying bagi kepercayaan diri siswa di SDN 003 Tanjung Palas desa antutan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk bullying, di SD Negeri 003 Tanjung Palas Desa Antutan, (2) Mendeskripsikan dampak bullying bagi kepercayaan diri siswa di SD Negeri 003 Tanjung Palas Desa Antutan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif dengan fokus penelitian yakni bentuk-bentuk bullying, dan Dampak bullying bagi kepercayaan diri siswa. Dan dimensi penelitian yakni bullying secara fisik, bullying secara verbal, bullying secara psikis, dampak bullying bagi korban dan dampak bullying bagi pelaku. Sumber data dalam penelitian yakni data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yakni korban dan pelaku bullying. Data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah: teman korban bullying, teman pelaku bullying, kepala sekolah SDN 003 tanjung palas, guru kelas IV, visi, misi, serta dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian yakni pelaku bullying, korban bullying, teman pelaku bullying, teman korban bullying, kepala sekolah SDN 003 Tanjung Palas desa antutan, dan guru kelas IV. Teknik penegumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikkan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk bullying yang terjadi pada saat proses pembelajaran dan berdampak pada kepercayaan diri siswa di SDN 003 tanjung palas desa antutan yakni : (1) Bullying verbal seperti diejek, dan dipelototi. Dan bullying yang terjadi pada saat jam istirahat yakni bullying secara fisik seperti : (2) pemukulan, dan pencubitan, (3) bullying psikis seperti pengucilan, (tidak berteman) diintimidasi, dan dikucilkan Dampak bullying bagi kepercayaan diri siswa yakni : (1) Dampak bagi korban yakni : Kurang fokus dalam pembelajaran (Ganguan perasaan seperti cemas dan depresi), pemalu, penyendiri, stress dan berujung pada depresi, rendahnya kepercayaan diri, prestasi akademik yang lebih rendah, selalu melakukan hal-hal yang tidak baik. (berpikiran negatif dan melakukan isolasi diri.) (2) Dampak bagi pelaku yakni sulit untuk mengembankan hubungan dan komunikasi ke arah yang positif (label negatif), tidak memiliki empati dan berpikiran sempit, mendapatkan tindakan bullying juga,dan berbicara kasar.

This research focuses on the impact ofbullying on student self-confidence at SDN 003 Tanjung Palas, Antutan village. This research aims to (1) identify forms of bullying at SD Negeri 003 Tanjung Palas, Antutan Village, and (2) describe the impact of bullying on student self-confidence at SD Negeri 003 Tanjung Palas, Antutan Village. The type of research used is descriptive-qualitative, with the research focusing on the forms of bullying and the impact of bullying on student self-confidence. The research dimensions are bullying physically, verbally, and psychologically, as well as the impact of bullying on the victim and the perpetrator. Data sources in the research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was victims and perpetrators of bullying. Secondary data in this research were: friends of bullying victims, friends of bullies, principal of SDN 003 Tanjung Palas, class IV teachers, vision, mission, and documentation. The informants in the research were the perpetrators of bullying the victim, the perpetrator's friendbullying, the victim's friend-bullying, the principal of SDN 003 Tanjung Palas, and the class IV teacher. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as using data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research showed that the form of bullying that occurred during the learning process had an impact on students' self-confidence at SDN 003 Tanjung Palas, Antutan village, namely: (1) bullying verbally, such as being ridiculed and glared at; (2) bullying physically, such as beatings and pinching; and (3) bullying psychological issues, such as exclusion, not making friends, intimidation, and ostracism. The impact of bullying on students' self-confidence includes (1) the impact on victims, such as feeling disorders such as anxiety and depression, shyness, loneliness, stress and leading to depression, low self-confidence, lower academic achievement, negative thinking, and self-isolation; (2) the impact on the perpetrator, such as a negative label, lack of empathy, narrow-mindedness, and getting the same action as bullying, and speaking harshly.
