
Analisis Kelayakan Dan Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Industri Papan Ucapan Di Kota Tarakan

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan, kelayakan dan strategi pengembangan usaha industri papan ucapan di Kota Tarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pengrajin usaha industri papan ucapan di Kota Tarakan sebanyak 5 pengrajin dengan teknik penentuan sampel Snowball Sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan bersih dari setiap usaha selama 1 tahun yaitu Karangan Bunga Tarakan sebesar Rp. 267.162.760, Gian Dekor Rp. 34.470.100, Sahabat Dekor Rp. 34.995.700, Anam Dekor sebesar Rp. 82.100.700 dan Pelangi Kaltara Rp. 68.077.305. Dari perhitungan analisis kelayakan, nilai R/C ratio Karangan Bunga Tarakan senilai 2,01 dan BCR 1,01. Gian Dekor memiliki R/C ratio senilai 1,54 dan BCR 0,54. Sahabat Dekor memiliki R/C ratio senilai 1,69 dan BCR 0,69. Anam Dekor memiliki R/C ratio senilai 1,57 dan BCR 0,57. Dan Pelangi Kaltara memiliki R/C ratio senilai 2,13 dan BCR 1,13. Berdasarkan kriteria uji kelayakan R/C ratio, kelima usaha tersebut layak dijalankan. Sementara itu, kriteria uji kelayakan BCR Karangan Bunga Tarakan dan Pelangi Kaltara juga layak dijalankan. Sedangkan, Gian Dekor, Dekor dan Anam Dekor tidak layak dijalankan karena nilai BCR < 1. Dari analisis pengembangan usaha yang didapatkan bahwa, rata-rata strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan usaha oleh setiap usaha papan ucapan di kota Tarakan adalah strategi SO (Strength-Opportunity) dengan penerapan strategi agresif yang berarti memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan yang dimiliki guna memaksimalkan peluang yang ada.

This research aimed to determine the income, feasibility, and business development strategy of the greeting board industry in Tarakan City. This research used a quantitative and qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The population of this research was all 5 craftsmen in the greeting board industry in Tarakan City using a sampling technique Snowball Sampling. The type of data used in this research was primary data. The results of the research showed that the net income from each business for 1 year, namely Tarakan Flower Arrangements, was IDR 267,162,760, Gian Dekor Rp. 34,470,100, Decor Friends Rp 34,995,700, Anam Decor amounting to Rp 82,100,700 and Pelangi Kaltara Rp. 68,077,305 From the feasibility analysis calculation, the R/C valueratio Tarakan Flower Bouquets worth 2.01 and BCR 101. Gian Dekor owns R/Crutio worth 1.54 and BCR 0.54 Friends of Decor has R/Cratio worth 1.69 and BCR 0.69. Anam Dekor owns R/Crafto worth 1.57 and BCR 0.57. And Pelangi Kaltara has R/Cratio worth 2.13 and BCR 1.13. Based on R/C feasibility test criteria ratio, These five businesses are worth running. Meanwhile, the feasibility test criteria for the Tarakan Flower Garland and Kaltara Pelangi BCR are also feasible. Meanwhile, Gian Dekor, Dekor and Anam Dekor are not feasible because the BCR value is < 1. From the business development analysis, it is found that, on average, the strategy that can be applied in business development by every greeting board business in the city of Tarakan is the SO strategy (Strength-Oppornauty) by implementing an aggressive strategy which means utilizing all the strengths at hand to maximize existing opportunities.
