Abstract
Penyakit Tuberculosis Masih Menjadi Salah Satu Masalah Yang Menyebabkan Gangguan Kesehatan Bagi Jutaan Orang Didunia. Tujuan Penulisan Ini Agar Penulis Memperoleh Gambaran Nyata Mengenai Pelaksanaan Dan Pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan Yang Komprehensif Pada An. I Dengan Penyakit Tuberculosis Paru. Metode Penulisan Ini Deskriptif Dalam Bentuk Studi Kasus Dengan Pendekatan Proses Keperawatan, Pada An. I. Hasil Pengkajian Klien Terdapat 4 Masalah Keperawatan Yaitu Gangguan Pertukaran Gas, Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif, Diare, Dan Hipertermi. Intervensi Yang Telah Dilakukan Dan Kriteria Hasil Yang Telah Disusun Berdasarkan Prioritas Masalah. Evaluasi Hasil Tindakan Keperawatan Menunjukkan Masalah Keperawatan Yang Penulis Rumuskan Dalam Diagnosa Keperawatan Dapat Teratasi Sesuai Tujuan Yang Telah Di Tetapkan. Dari Keempat Diagnosa Keperawatan Tersebut Terdapat Dua Masalah Yang Dapat Teratasi Sesuai Dengan Tujuan Dan Kriteria Hasil Yang Telah Ditentukan Dan Terdapat Dua Masalah Yang Belum Teratasi Karena Belum Sesuai Dengan Tujuan Dan Kriteria Hasil Yang Telah Ditentukan. Kesimpulan Penulis Mendapatkan Dalam Melakukan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada An. I Dengan Tuberculosis Paru Sesuai Dengan Tugas Perawat Dalam Proses Keperawatan Secara Komprehensif.

Tuberculosis (TBC) Is A Dangerous Infectious Disease That Continues To Plague Countries Around The World, Including Indonesia. According To A World Health Organization (WHO) Assessment, At Least 22 Nations Are Classified As High-Burden Countries For Tuberculosis (TBC). After India And China, Indonesia Is The World's Third Greatest Source Of Tuberculosis Cases. In Order To Treat Children With Tuberculosis (TBC), A New Approach Is Required. The Goal Of This Study Was To Describe How Nursing Care Was Implemented In Pediatric Tuberculosis Patients. This Was A Qualitative Case Study In Which There Was Only One Instance In An. 1. Data Was Collected Using Standard Instrument, Such As A Structured Questionnaire In An Assessment. Format Interview, Observation, Physical Examination, And Documentation Research Were Used As Data Gathering Approaches. Nursing Care Was Delivered Through A Five-Step Nursing Process That Involved Assessment, Nursing Diagnosis, Planning, Execution, And Evaluation. Impaired Gas Exchange, Inadequate Airway Clearance, Diarrhea, And Heat Were Highlighted As Four Nursing Issues By The Researcher. Interventions Were Delivered In The Form Of Independent And Collaborative Nursing Actions And Were Based On The Needs Of The Client. Nursing Care Was Provided For Three Days, And By The Conclusion Of The Care, All Nursing Difficulties Had Improved To Varied Degrees Of Success. There Was No Significant Difference Between The Concept And The Instance, It Might Be Stated That The Researcher Was Capable Of Providing Excellent Nursing Care To Tuberculosis Patients.
