Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal dan Upah terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Industri Kecil Roti dan Kue di Kota Tarakan. Penelitian in menggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dengan metode penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus dan sampel dalam penelitian in sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian in menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian in menunjukan bahwa variabel Modal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Industri Kecil di Kota Tarakan sedangkan variabel Upah tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Penerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Industri Kecil di Kota Tarakan. Serta hasil penelitian ini secara simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel Modal dan Upah berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Industri Kecil di Kota Tarakan.

This research aims to determine the effect of capital and wages on labor absorption in the small industry sector of bread and cake in Tarakan City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis method using a sample determination method sampling saturation or census and the sample in this study was 50 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. In this research, multiple linear regression analysis methods were used. The research results show that the capital variable has a partial effect on labor absorption in the small industry sector in Tarakan City, while the wages variable has no partial effect on labor absorption in the small industry sector in Tarakan City. The research results show that the capital and wage variables simultaneously influence labor absorption in the small industry sector in Tarakan City. Keywords: Labor Absorption, Capital, Wages
