Abstract

Seiring kemajuan teknologi di bidang konstruksi, seperti adanya bahan tambahan additive untuk pembuatan beton. Salah satu diantaranya adalah Sikabond NV yang berfungsi merekatkan beton lama dan beton baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil dari pengujian kuat tekan beton dengan penambahan Sikabond NV Additive dan beton normal pada umur 14 hari, 21 hari serta 28 hari. Lalu menjelaskan pengaruh dari penambahan bahan Additive Sikabond NV terhadap kuat tekan beton K-225. Metode Mix Design yang digunakan mengacu pada SNI-7656-2012, dimana benda uji berbentuk kubus sebanyak 30 di setiap variasi persentase penambahan Sikabond NV (12,5%, 15% dan 17,5%) dan 30 untuk beton normal. Jumlah sampel pengujian adalah 120 buah dengan pengujian kuat tekan pada umur 14, 21 dan 28 hari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kuat tekan umur 14 hari yaitu beton normal = 240 Kg/cm2, beton variasi 12,5% = 93 Kg/cm2, beton variasi 15% = 96 Kg/cm2 dan beton Variasi 17,5% = 99 Kg/cm2. Kuat tekan umur 21 hari beton normal = 285 Kg/cm2, beton variasi 12,5% = 118 Kg/cm2, beton variasi 15% = 108 Kg/cm2 dan beton Variasi 17,5% = 91 Kg/cm2. Kuat tekan umur 28 hari yaitu beton normal = 305 Kg/cm2, beton variasi 12,5% = 156 Kg/cm2, beton variasi 15% = 115 Kg/cm2 dan beton Variasi 17,5% = 119 Kg/cm2. Adanya penambahan bahan additive Sikabond NV sangat mempengaruhi nilai kuat tekan yang dihasilkan pada beton. Semakin banyak penambahan bahan additive Sikabond NV ini maka semakin kecil juga nilai kuat tekan yang dihasilkan. Sehingga penambahan Sikabond NV Additive tidak baik digunakan sebagai campuran beton segar, hanya cocok digunakan untuk sambungan beton baru dan lama.

Along with technology advances in the construction sector, as evidenced by the introduction of new additive materials for concrete. One of them is Sikabond NV which serves to bond old and new concrete. This research aims to obtain the results of testing the compressive strength of concrete with the addition of Sikabond NV Additive and normal concrete at the age of 14 days, 21 days, and 28 days. It also explained the effect of adding Additive Sikabond NV on the compressive strength of K-225 concrete. The mix design method utilized was SNI-7656-2012, in which 30 cube-shaped test objects for each variation of the percentage of addition of Sikabond NV (12,5%, 15%, and 17,5%) were created. The number of testing samples was 120 pieces with compressive strength testing at the ages of 14, 21, and 28 days. The research yielded the following results regarding the compressive strength of the concrete after 14 days of age: regular concrete = 240 kg/cm2, variation 12,5% = 93 kg/cm2, variation 15% = 96 kg/cm2, and variation 17,5% = 99 kg/cm2. Compressive strength at the age of 21 days of normal concrete = 285 kg/cm2, variation concrete 12,5% = 118 kg/cm2, variation concrete 15% = 108 kg/cm2 and variation concrete 17,5% =91 kg/cm2. At the age of 28 days, the normal concrete’s compressive strength was 305 kg/cm2, the variation concrete’s 12,5% was 156 kg/cm2, the variation concrete’s 15% was 115 kg/cm2, and the variation concrete’s 17,5% was 119 kg/cm2. The addition of Sikabond NV additive material greatly affected the compressive strength value produced in concrete. The more Sikabond NV additive material was added, the smaller the compressive strength value produced. So, the addition of Sikabond NV Additive was not good for use as a fresh concrete mix, it is only suitable for joints of new and old concrete.
