
Analisis Lalu Lintas Terhadap Kapasitas Jalan Yos Sudarso (STA 1+010 – STA 1 + 683)

Abstract
Kota Tarakan terletak pada Kalimantan Utara yang memiliki luas wilayah sebesar 250,80 km2. Seiring dengan kemajuan pembangun di Kota Tarakan akan berpengaruh pada tingkat pelayanan jalan dan juga pada perubahan fisik kota, maka meningkat pula tingkat kepadatan arus lalu lintas sehingga kemacetan tidak dapat di hindari. Jalan yang di maksud adalah jalan Yos Sudarso (Sta 1+010 – Sta 1 + 683), kota Tarakan Kalimantan Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan survei secara langsung 3 (tiga) hari selama 2 (dua) minggu, kemudian di analisis menggunakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI, 1997). Untuk mendapatkan arus lalu lintas, volume lalu lintas, kecepatan, drajat kejenuhan, dan tingkat pelayanan.Hasil analisis di dapatkan segmen tertinggi ialah segmen satu (1) Sta 1+0.10 – Sta 1+167 sebesar 3393.48 smp/jam. tingkat pelayanan pada ruas jalan Yos Sudarso (Sta 1+010 – Sta 1 + 683) Kota Tarakan Kalimantan Utara, dimana pada segmen 1 pada Sta 1+0.10 – Sta 1+167 tingkat pelayanan jalan pada kategori A kondisi arus lalu lintasnya bebas antar satu kendaraan dengan kendaraan lain. Besarnya kecepatan sepenuhnya ditentukan oleh keinginan pengemudi sesuai batas yang di tentukan, segmen 2 pada Sta 1+167 – Sta 1+421 dan segmen 3 pada Sta 1+421 – Sta 1+683 tingkat pelayanan jalan berada di kategori B kondisi arus lalu lintas stabil.

Tarakan City is located in North Kalimantan which has an area of 250.80 km2. Along with the progress of development in the city of Tarakan affecting the level of road services and also the physical changes in the city, it also increases the density of traffic flow so that the congestion cannot be avoided, especially Yos Sudarso Road (Sta 1 + 010 - Sta 1 + 683), Tarakan city, North Kalimantan. The present research was conducted by direct survey 3 (three) days for 2 (two) weeks, then the data were analyzed using the Capacity Manual of Indonesian Road (MKJI, 1997) in order to get traffic flow, traffic volume, speed, degree of saturation, and level of service. The results of the analysis obtained the highest segment was Segment one (1) Sta 1 + 0.10 - Sta 1 + 167 amounting to 3393.48 pcu/hour. The level of service on Yos Sudarso Road section (Sta 1 + 010 - Sta 1 + 683) of Tarakan City, North Kalimantan, where in segment 1 at Sta 1 + 0.10 - Sta 1 + 167, the level of road service was in category A which meant that the traffic flow conditions was free between one vehicle and another vehicle. The amount of speed was fully determined by the driver's desire according to the specified limit. Then, in segment 2 at Sta 1+167 - Sta 1+421 and in Segment 3 at Sta 1+421 - Sta 1+683, the level of road service was in Category B which meant that traffic flow conditions was stable.
