
Peran Guru Dan Orang Tua Dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa Kelas IV-C SD Negeri 050 Tarakan

Abstract
Peran guru dan orang tua sangat penting dalam mengatasi kesulitan yang dialami siswa saat belajar. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dan orang tua dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa kelas IV-C SDN 050 Tarakan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas IV-C, enam orang siswa, dan enam orang tua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh peran guru dan orang tua bahwa guru kelas IV-C telah berupaya dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar melalui peran guru sebagai; (1) peran guru sebagai pembimbing, guru kelas IV-C telah mampu membimbing siswa dengan mengenal kesulitan yang dialami. (2) Peran guru sebagai fasilitator, guru kelas IV-C telah menyediakan fasilitas untuk siswa dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar seperti buku paket tema, proyektor, laptop, speaker, mikrofon dan peta pikiran. (3) peran guru sebagai motivator, guru kelas IV-C telah memberikan penguatan berupa motivasi kepada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar. (4) peran guru sebagai evaluator, guru kelas IV-C telah melakukan evaluasi dengan memberikan tes kepada siswa lalu dikoreksi sehingga dapat mengetahui siswa yang mendapatkan hasil belajar rendah dan guru kelas menindaklanjuti hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian terkait peran orang tua bahwa diperoleh hasil orang tua kategori hasil belajar tinggi telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik sedangkan orang tua hasil belajar sedang belum menjalankan perannya secara maksimal. Adapun peran orang tua; (1) memberikan suasana yang menyenangkan. (2) mendampingi anak belajar. (3) Membimbing dan Menasehati anak. (4) Berkomunikasi dengan guru.

Parents and teachers have a crucial role in helping students overcome their learning difficulties. This study intended to show how teachers and parents helped class IV-C students at SDN 050 Tarakan overcame their learning difficulties. This research employed descriptive gualitative methods. The class 1V-C teacher, six students, and their parents served as the study's subjects. Observation logs, interview logs, and documentation methods were employed for data gathering. The Milles and Huberman model was utilized in the analysis technigue, which included data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making. The study's findings indicated that teacher and parents played important roles in helping students overcame learning difficulties. The class IV-C teacher in particular made efforts in this regard. (1) The teacher's position as a mentor, teacher in class IV—C had been able to mentor students by identifying the difficulties they were facing. (2) In order to help students overcame their learning difficulties, teacher in class IV-C had provided learning resources such as package books, projectors, laptops, speakers, microphones, and mind maps. (3) Regarding the teacher's function as a motivator, the class IV-C teacher had given students who struggled with learning reinforcement in the form of motivation. (4) The teacher's responsibility as an evaluator. The class IV-C teacher evaluated the students by administering tests, correcting the answers, and identifying those who had poor learning outcomes. The class teacher then followed up on the students' learning outcomes. The findings of study on the parenting role showed that parents in the category of high learning outcomes had performed their role successfully, whereas parents in the category of medium learning outcomes had not performed their responsibility properly. Parents' primary responsibility was to (1) Create a happy environment. (2) Go to school with their kids. (3) Provide guidance and advice to their kids. (4) Communicate with the teacher.
