Abstract

Analisa sistem pembebanan generator sangat di perlukan, agar dapat di ketahui optimalisasi daya mampu generator dalam mensuplai daya listrik ke beban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa 6 unit pembangkit listrik tenaga diesel milik PT. Intracawood Manufacturing Tarakan. Daya mampu masing masing PLTD memiliki daya yang berbeda. Pembangkit 1 (G2) sebesar 1000 kVA, pembangkit 2 (G6) sebesar 1000 kVA, pembangkit 3 (G7) sebesar 1000 kVA, pembangkit 4 (G9) sebesar 1360 kVA, pembangkit 5 (G11) sebesar 1360 kVA, pembangkit 6 (G12) sebesar 1400 kVA. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan daya operasi sistem tenaga listrik di saat sumber listrik utama dari PT. PLN (Persero) Tarakan, mengalami gangguan operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik berdasarkan data kuantitatif yaitu berupa data pengukuran parameter di sisi generator. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 7 bulan di unit pembangkitan PT. Intracawood Manufacturing Tarakan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisa beban di peroleh rata rata pembebanan generator sebesar 0,48 MW. Sistem pembebanan paralel generator berdasarkan perhitungan di peroleh nilai rata rata sebesar 47,63 MW dengan kapasitas mampu unit pembangkit sebesar 7,12 MW. Untuk menunjang optimalisasi sistem pembebanan paralel generator di rekomendasikan menggunakan mekanisme sinkronoskop.

Analysis of the generator loading system is very necessary, so that we can determine the optimal power capacity of the generator in supplying electrical power to the load. This research aims to analyze 6 diesel power plant units owned by PT. Intracawood Manufacturing Tarakan. The capacity of each PLTD has different power. Plant 1 (G2) is 1000 kVA, plant 2 (G6) is 1000 kVA, plant 3 (G7) is 1000 kVA, plant 4 (G9) is 1360 kVA, plant 5 (G11) is 1360 kVA, plant 6 (G12) of 1400 kVA. In meeting the operating power needs of the electric power system when the main power source is PT. PLN (Persero) Tarakan, experienced operational disruption. This research uses a descriptive analytical method based on quantitative data, namely in the form of parameter measurement data on the generator side. This research was conducted for 7 months at the generation unit of PT. Intracawood Manufacturing Tarakan. Based on the results of load analysis calculations, the average generator load was obtained at 0.48 MW. Based on calculations, the generator parallel loading system obtained an average value of 47.63 MW with a generating unit capacity of 7.12 MW.
