Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Nunukan adapun permasalahan yang peneliti temukan di SMPN 1 Nunukan yaitu kurangnya gotong royong siswa yang dimana banyak siswa tidak mampu bekerjasama dengan orang lain, siswa kurang berinteraksi dilingkungan sekolah, siswa kurang percaya diri saat berinteraksi dengan teman-temannya, tidak mampu mengambil keputusan sendiri, siswa belum mampu mengemukakan pendapatnya secara baik menjawab pertanyaan guru maupun diskusi pada saat pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana permainan gobak sodor terhadap gotong royong siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Nunukan. Populasi yang digunakan peneliti adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah sebanyak 233 siswa, penarikan sampel berdasarkan hasil pretest terendah. Metode penelitian menggunakan Pre-Experimental Design dengan model One Group Pretest-Posttest. Prosedur penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 9 kali pertemuan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan uji paired sample T-test. Hasil analisis uji paired sample T-test diperoleh nilai asymp sig 2 tailed 0,005 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh permainan gobak sodor terhadap gotong royong siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Nunukan. Berdasarkan skor pretest keseluruhan sampel berada pada kategori sedang, pada skor posttest terdapat 5 siswa berada kategori tinggi dan 5 siswa pada kategori sedang, penyebab siswa tidak mengalami perubahan kategori yaitu pada saat penelitian berlangsung siswa tidak serius dalam mengikuti layanan, siswa sering ngobrol sendiri, siswa masih kurang paham terhadap materi yang diberikan peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh permainan gobak sodor terhadap gotong royong siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Nunukan. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan bisa menjadikan acuan agar kedepannya bisa menjadi bahan dalam penelitian selanjutnya.

The research conducted at SMPN 1 Nunukan. The problems that the researcher found at SMPN 1 Nunukan, namely the lack of mutual cooperation of students where many students were unable to cooperate with others, the students cannot interact well at school, the students were less confidence when they interacted with their friends, they were unable to have their own decisions, the students have not been able to express their opinions well in answering teacher questions or discussions during class. The purpose of the research was to determine how the game of gobak sodor towards mutual cooperation among the eighth-grade students, of SMPN 1Nunukan. The population of the research was the eighth-grade students, 233 students. Taking samples was based on the lowest pretest results. The research method used was pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. The procedures of the research were conducted for 9 meetings. The techniques of data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with paired sample T-test. The results of paired sample T-test analysis obtained asymp 2 tailed value of 0.005< 0.05, so Ho was reected and Ha was accepted, which means that there was an effect of gobak sodor game on mutual cooperation of the eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Nunukan. Referring to the pretest score, the entire sample was in the medium category, the posttest score of 5 students was in the high category and 5 students was in the medium category. The reason that the students had not changed categories that when the research was conducted, the students were not serious in participating in the services, the students were not active in learning, and the students did not understand the materials yet. The results of the research concluded the there was an effect of gobak sodor game on mutual cooperation of the eighth-grade students of SMPN 1 Nunukan.
