Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa Ular Tangga yang ditinjau dari validasi media, materi, dan praktisi, serta untuk mengetahui ketertarikan guru dan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran Ular Tangga. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu Analysis (Analisis) melakukan observasi serta wawancara terhadap proses pembelajaran, Design (Desain) perencanaan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran ular tangga, Development (Pengembangan) adalah prototype media ular tangga, implementation (Implemantasi) media diuji cobakan sebanyak dua kali yaitu uji coba terbatas dan uji coba lapangan yang dilakukan oleh siswa kelas V-D di SDN 024 Tarakan, dan Evaluation (Evaluasi) hasil uji coba terbatas dan uji coba lapangan yang diperoleh dari skor angket ketertarikan guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian berupa hasil kelayakan dimana media pembelajaran Ular Tangga dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dengan presentase yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 92%, ahli materi 86%, dan ahli praktisi sebesar 92% selain itu terdapat hasil dari angket ketertarikan guru dan siswa dimana media pembelajaran ular tangga dinyatakan sangat tertarik digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan presentase yang diperoleh pada angket ketertarikan guru pada uji coba terbatas dan uji coba lapangan sebesar 80% dan 90% sedangkan pada angket ketertarikan siswa diperoleh hasil pada uji coba terbatas dan uji coba lapangan sebesar 93%.

The purpose of the research was to produce snakes and ladders learning media which were reviewed from media validation, materials validation, and practitioners, and to determine the attraction of teachers and students to the snakes and ladders learning media. The type of the research used was research and development method using the ADDIE model which consisted of 5 stages, namely Analysis, conducting observations and interviews of the learning process, Design, planning to develop snakes and ladders learning media; Development, developing a prototype of snakes and ladders learning media, implementation, the snakes and ladders learning media was tested two times limited tests and field trials conducted by class V-D students at SDN 024 Tarakan; and Evaluation, the results of limited tests and field trials obtained from questionnaires scores of the attracted of teacher and students. The results of the research showed that the snakes and ladders learning media was very feasible to use in learning with the percentage obtained from the media experts of 92%, the material experts of 86%, and the practitioner of 92% In addition, the questionnaire result of the attracted of the teacher and students showed that the snakes and ladders learning media was very interested to be used in learning process with the percentage obtained for teacher interest questionnaire in limited trial of 80% and field trials of 90% while the questionnaire result of students' interest obtained in the limited trial and field trials was 93%.
