his research aims to determine the effect of operational hours and number of orders on grab income using quantitative methods and is done by collecting data in numbers. This research was conducted in Tarakan City with a grab driver as the object. This research data was distributed questionnaires to 113 respondents. The research results show that the effect of operational hours on income is obtained by the t-count value of (2.145) > 1-table (1981) and a sig value of (0.034) > (0.05), which means that operational hours have a partial effect on income. The effect of the number of orders on income is obtained by the t-count value of (8.799) > t-table (1.981) and the sig value (0.000) < (0.05), which means the number of orders has a partial effect. Simultaneously shows the overall independent operating hours and number of orders affecting income. Based on the R-square of 0.654, it shows that the variables of operational hours and number of orders influence 64.5%, while the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other variables outside the regression model. This can be shown through the questionnaire that respondents are satisfied with the multiple linear regression. Keywords: Operational Hours, Number of Orders, Income.
