Angka kejadian Sectio Caesarea di RSUD Dr. H. Jusuf SK pada tahun 2017 hingga 2021 terdapat 700-900 kasus. Risiko kematian ibu post Sectio Caesarea sebagian besar yaitu perdarahan 40-60% serta infeksi 20-30%. Penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan pada pasien post operasi Sectio Caesarea di RSUD Dr. H. Jusuf SK Tarakan, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatann studi kasus dalam penelitian dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder melalui observasi dan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan secara sistematis. Hasil studi kasus dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari ditemukan masalah keperawatan yaitu nyeri akut, menyusui tidak efektif, dan risiko infeksi. Pada kedua klien terdapat masalah keperawatan tidak teratasi sebagian yaitu menyusui tidak efektif. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan tindakan keperawatan memiliki keterkaitan dengan proses penyembuhan secara optimal dalam mengurangi risiko komplikasi serta dapat menjadi rujukan dalam pembuatan asuhan keperawatan maternitas pada ibu dengan post Sectio Caesarea.

The incident numbers of Sectio Caesarea at RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK from 2017 to 2021 was 700-900 cases. The risk of maternal mortality of post Sectio Caesarea is mostly 40-60% bleeding and 20-30% infections. The purpose of the research was to find out an overview of nursing care undertaken on post Sectio Caesarea patients at RSUD dr. H. Yusuf SK Tarakan. The type of the research was descriptive with a case study approach. The subjects were patients with post Sectio Caesarea. The techniques of collecting primary and secondary data used observation and documentation of nursing care systematically. The results of the case study carried out nursing care for 3 days found nursing problems namely acute pain, ineffective breastfeeding, and risk of infection. In both the patients, there was a partial untreatable nursing problem namely ineffective breastfeeding. The conclusion of nursing care implementation shows that the act of care has a relationship with the optimal healing process of reducing the risk of complications and it can be a reference in maternity nursing care for the mothers with post Sectio Caesarea.
