Understanding the nutritional condition of toddlers is a crucial aspect that all parents should be well-informed about. The imperative for increased focus on the growth and development of children under five stems from the fact that malnutrition experienced during this critical period has lasting consequences. The objective of this study was to provide a comprehensive assessment of the nutritional state of toddlers aged 3-5 years in the Karang Rejo Health Center. The research design used is descriptive research. The study's population consisted of 81 under-five children, and a purposive sampling technique was employed to choose the sample. The findings of the study, which examined the weight-to-age ratios of 67 toddlers, indicated that a majority of the participants, 54 toddlers (81%), had good nutritional status. 59 (88%) toddlers were seen to have a normal nutritional status based on their height/age measurements. Additionally, the weight/height analysis revealed that 63% of toddlers were classified as having a good nutritional status. The study showed that most toddlers had favorable weight/height, height/age, and weight/height measurements.
