Komunikasi Yang Dilakukan Antara Pasien Dan Perawat Secara Professional Adalah Komunikasi Terapeutik Yang Bertujuan Untuk Meningkatkan Proses Penyembuhan Dan Pemulihan Pasien. Komunikasi Terapeutik Menjadi Landasan Untuk Mendorong Kerjasama Antar Perawat Dalam Melakukan Pengkajian Keperawatan Kepada Pasien. Pasien Akan Merasa Puas Ketika Kinerja Layanan Kesehatan Yang Diperolehnya Sama Atau Melebihi Harapannya Dan Sebaliknya. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Menganalisa Peran Komunikasi Perawat Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien.Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Deskriptif Analitik Yang Menghubungkan Antar Variabel Independen Dan Variabel Dependen.Populasi Adalah Pasien Di Instalasi Rawat Inap Di RSUD Dr.H.JUSUF SK. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel Menggunakan Purposive Sampling Dengan Jumlah 70 Sampel.Instrument Penelitian Ini Adalah Kuesioner Dengan Menggunakan Lembar Skala Likert. Hasil Penelitian Di Analisis Dengan Menggunakan Uji Chisquare Dengan Hasil Akhir Menggunakan One Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov. Hasil Penelitian Komunikasi Terapeutik Berpengaruh Amat Baik Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Sebesar 15,7 % Dengan Jumlah Responden 11 Responden Dan Komunikasi Terapeutik Berpengaruh Cukup Baik Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Sebesar 84.3 % Dengan Jumlah Responden 53 Responden Dan Kurang Baik Sebesar 8.6% Sebesar 6 Responden, Hasil Uji Kolmogorov Smirnov Didapatkan Signifikansi 0,000 Yang Berarti Nilai P < 0,005 Yang Berarti Ho Ditolak. Kesimpulan Ada Peran Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Di Era Pandemi Covid 19 Pada Pelayanan Keperawatan Di RSUD Dr.H.JUSUF SK Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.

Communication Carried Out Between Patients And Nurses In A Professional Term Is Therapeutic Communication That Aims To Improve The Patient's Healing And Recovery Process. Therapeutic Communication Is The Basis For Encouraging Collaboration Between Nurses In Conducting Nursing Assessments For Patients. Patients Will Feel Satisfied When The Performance Of The Health Services They Receive Equals Or Exceeds Their Expectations And Vice Versa. The Purpose Of This Study Was To Analyze The Role Of Nurse Communication On The Level Of Patient Satisfaction. This Research Is Descriptive-Analytic That Links The Independent Variables And The Dependent Variable, The Population Is The Patients In The Inpatient Installation At RSUD Dr. H. JUSUF SK. The Technique To Get The Sample Used Purposive Sampling With A Total Of 70. The Research Instrument Was A Questionnaire Using A Liken Scale Sheet. The Research Results Were Analyzed Using The Chi-Square Test With The Final Results Using One-Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov. The Results Of Therapeutic Communication Research Have The Best Effect On Patient Satisfaction By 15.7% With 11 Respondents, And Therapeutic Communication Has A Better Effect On Patient Satisfaction By 84.3% With 53 Respondents, And 8.6% For 6 Respondents With Less Effect On Patient Satisfaction, Kolmogorov Lest Results Smimov Obtained A Significance Of 0.000, Which Means That The Value Of P < 0.005 means that Ho is rejected. The conclusion is that there is a role for nurse therapeutic communication in the level of patient satisfaction in the covid 19 Pandemic Era in Nursing Services at dr. H.
