Proses menyusui tidak selalu berjalan mulus, ada berbagai kendala yang menghalangi proses menyusui. Faktor psikologis menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan atau kegagalan pemberian ASI. Peran keluarga sebagai bentuk dukungan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menyusui. Pijat oksitosin merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah ketidak lancaran ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap praktik pijat oksitosin pada ibu menyusui di Puskesmas Gunung Lingkas Kota Tarakan Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian ini merupakan metode analitik korelasional menggunakan total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu menyusui yang bersalin dibulan Januari-Mei 2023 di Puskesmas Gunung Lingkas sebanyak 30 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner dukungan keluarga. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan chi square diperoleh p - value 0,037 (p - value < dari 0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan signifikan antar dukungan kelurga terhadap praktik pijat oksitosin pada ibu menyusui di Puskesmas Gunung Lingkas Kota Tarakan Tahun 2023. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan oleh tenaga kesehatan terutama bidan sebagai pelaksana agar meningkatkan pengetahuan dan motivasi kepada ibu dan keluarga unutuk melakukan pijat oksitosin dalam rangka memperlancar produksi ASI.

The breastfeeding process does not always run smoothly, there are various obstacles that hinder the breastfeeding process. Psychological factors are one of the indicators of success or failure in breastfeeding. The role of family as a form of support is needed for breastfeeding. Oxytocin massage is one way to overcome the problem of breastfeeding failure. This research aimed to determine the relationship between family support for Oxytocin massage practices in breastfeeding mothers at Gunung Lingkas Health Center of Tarakan City in 2023. This research design was a correlational analytical method using the total sampling. The sample in this study was breastfeeding mothers who gave birth in January to May 2023 at Gunung Lingkas Health Center as many as 30 respondents. Data collection using family support questionnaires. The results of statistical tests using Chi Square, and it was obtained a p-value of 0.037 (p -value < 0.05), which means that there was a significant correlation between family support for the practice of Oxytocin massage in breastfeeding mothers at Gunung Lingkas Health Center of Tarakan City in 2023. It was expected that the results of this research can improve the quality of service by health workers, especially midwives as the implementers to increase the knowledge and motivation for mothers and families to do the Oxytocin massage in order to facilitate the production of breast milk.
