
Gambaran Proteinuria Pada Ibu Hamil Dengan Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Juata Tahun 2023

Abstract
Proteinuria adalah adanya protein di dalam urin manusia yang melebihi nilai normalnya yaitu lebih dari 150 mg/24 jam atau pada anak-anak lebih dari 140mg/m². Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran proteinuria pada ibu hamil dengan hipertensi di Puskesmas Juata. Desain penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 900 ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan di Puskesmas Juata Tahun 2022. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 30 responden serta pengumpulan data mengunakan data rekam medis. Hasil penelitian ini sebagian besar usia ibu 20-35 yaitu sebanyak 26 responden (86.7%), sebagian besar paritas ibu multigravida sebanyak 17 orang (56.7%), sebagian besar Pendidikan Rendah ibu sebanyak 19 orang (63,3%), sebagian besar yang Bekerja sebanyak 26 orang (86,7%). Kesimpulan penelitian sebagian besar hasil pemeriksaan kadar proteinuria negatif yaitu sebanyak 23 orang (76,7%).

Proteinuria is the presence of protein in human urine that exceeds its normal value, which is more than 150 mg/24 hours or in children more than 140 mg/m This study aimed to determine the description of proteinuria in pregnant women with hypertension at the Juata Public Health Center. This research design was descriptive. The population of this study was all pregnant women who had hypertension at the Juata Public Health Center in 2022. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method of 30 respondents and data collection used medical data records. The results of this study were mostly mothers aged 21-35, with as many as 26 respondents (86.7%), most of the parity of mothers who had children with a total of 2, as many as 10 people (33.3%), mostly mothers with low education were 19 people (63.3%), most of them worked as many as 26 people (86.7%), and most of the results of the examination of proteinuria levels were negative, as many as 23 people (76.7%), this research is expected to be useful and can be input for health workers in providing services particularly care for pregnant women.
