
Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Bersalin Tentang Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Jusuf SK Kota Tarakan

Abstract
Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) adalah proses bayi menyusu segera setelah dilahirkan, yang mana bayi baru lahir dibiarkan mencari puting susu ibunya sendiri. Inisiasi Menyusu Dini memiliki dampak positif bagi ibu dan bayinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu bersalin tentang Inisiasi Menyusu Dini di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. H. JUSUF SK Kota Tarakan. Desain penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 43 ibu bersalin pada bulan Maret – April di Rumah Sakit Daerah Umum dr. H. JUSUF SK. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 responden dengan metode purposive sampling serta pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mayoritas umur ibu 20-35 yaitu sebanyak 20 orang (66,7), mayoritas paritas ibu multigravida yaitu sebanyak 16 orang (53,3%), mayoritas pendidikan ibu SLTA yaitu sebanyak 9 orang (30%), mayoritas pekerjaan ibu tidak bekerja yaitu sebanyak 24 orang (80%). Kesimpulan gambaran pengetahuan ibu bersalin tentang IMD menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ibu bersalin berpengetahuan baik yaitu sebanyak 21 orang (70%), ibu bersalin berpengetahuan cukup yaitu sebanyak 7 orang (23,3%) dan ibu bersalin berpengetahuan kurang yaitu sebanyak 2 orang (6,7%).

Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) is the process of suckling babies immediately after birth, where the newborn babies are left to look for their own mother's nipples. Early Breastfeeding Initiation has a positive impact on mothers and their babies. This study aimed to describe the knowledge of birth mothers about Early Breastfeeding Initiation at the Regional General Hospital dr. H. JUSUF SK of Tarakan City. The research design was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 43 mothers giving birth in March-April at the Regional General Hospital dr. H. JUSUF SK. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents using a purposive sampling method and collecting data technique using a questionnaire. The results of this study were the majority of mothers aged 20-35 with a total number of 20 people (66.7%), the majority of parity multigravida mothers of 16 people (53.3%), the majority of mothers with high school education of 9 people (30%), the majority mothers do not work as many as 24 people (80%). The conclusion of the description of the knowledge of birth mothers about IMD showed that the majority of mothers had good knowledge with result of 21 people (70%), mothers with sufficient knowledge of as many as 7 people (23.3%), and mothers with less knowledge with the total number of 2 people (6,7%).
