Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh model pembelajaran (Reciprocal Teaching dan Student Facilitator and Explaining) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan, (2) hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain two-group post-test-only design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas IX SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 59 siswa, dengan rincian 30 siswa pada kelas IX-9 sebagai kelas eksperimen kedua dan 29 siswa pada kelas IX-10 sebagai kelas eksperimen pertama. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui tes hasil belajar matematika. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis. Analisis deskriptif meliputi rata-rata dan simpangan baku. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis variansi satu jalur dengan sel tak sama. Berdasarkan hasil deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh simpulan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching dan student facilitator and explaining terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa, (2) hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining.

The purpose of this study was to find out (1) the effect of the learning model (Reciprocal Teaching and Student Facilitator and Explaining) on the mathematics learning outcomes of class IX students of SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan, (2) the mathematics learning outcomes of students who took part in learning with the Reciprocal Teaching learning model were better compared to the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model. This research was a quasi-experimental study with a two-group post-test-only design. The population of this study was all class IX of SMP Negeri 4 Tarakan Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study was 59 students, with details of 30 students in class IX-9 as the second experimental class and 29 students in class IX-10 as the first experimental class. The data collection was carried out through a mathematics learning achievement test. The data analysis techniques used a descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing Descriptive analysis included the mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis testing used one-way analysis of variance with different cells and independent sample t-test. Based on the descriptive results and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that (1) there was an influence of the reciprocal teaching and student facilitator and explaining learning models on students' mathematics learning outcomes, (2) the mathematics learning outcomes of students who took part in learning with the Reciprocal Teaching learning model were better than the learning model Student Facilitator and Explaining Keywords: Mathematics learning outcomes, Reciprocal Teaching, Student Facilitator, and Explaining
