Abstract

Perilaku caring perawat menjadi sangat penting dalam asuhan keperawatan pada pasien yang akan menjalani tindakan operasi, sikap kepedulian perawat pada pasien, perhatian dan kehadiran perawat diharapkan bisa menurunkan rasa takut atau cemas serta meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku caring perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien operasi di ruang OK Cito RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasi dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 133 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik rumus Slovin. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas variabel independen ialah perilaku caring perawat dan variabel dependen ialah kepuasan pasien operasi. Hasil : uji statistik dengan uji korelasi Kendall's Tau menunjukkan nilai ρ sebesar 0,000 (ρ < 0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dan tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang OK Cito RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK. Kesimpulan : Ha diterima, H0 ditolak, artinya ada hubungan perilaku caring perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien di ruang OK Cito RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.

The Caring behavior of nurses is very important in nursing care for patients who will undergo surgery, the nurse's caring attitude towards the patients, the nurse's attention, and presence are expected to reduce fear or anxiety and increase patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between nurses' caring behavior and the satisfaction of surgery patients in the OK Cito room at RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK Hospital North Kalimantan Province. The type of research in this study was descriptive correlation research with a cross-sectional research design. The Slovin formula sampling approach was used to select 133 respondents for the research sample. The variables in this study were the independent variable, which was nurses' caring behavior and the dependent variable, which was surgical patients satisfaction. Results: A statistical test using Kendall's Tau correlation test revelaed a background of 0.000 (ρ < 0.05), indicating that there was a relationship between the caregiver caring behavior and the patient's satisfaction level in the OK Cito room of RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK. Conclusion: Ha accepted, H0 rejected, implying that there was a correlation between the patient's attentive care behavior and satisfaction in the OK room of Cito RSUD dr. H.
