Masalah yang umum ditemui di SDN 010 Tanjung Selor adalah masih rendahnya penguasaan materi pembelajaran khususnya mata pelajaran matematika yaitu tidak mencapai ketuntasan yang telah ditentukan dengan nilai rata-rata 65 sebesar 75%. Hal tersebut dikarenakan diantara siswa yang di SDN 010 Tanjung Selor khususnya kelas III C pada saat anak sedang belajar perhatiannya terhadap pembelajaran kurang fokus, Terkadang siswa tidak masuk dalam kelas dikarenakan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan oleh guru pada waktu itu, bukan mata pelajaran favoritnya, dan Siswa kurang aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar, misalnya tidak mau bertanya. Oleh karena itu guru harus menggunakan model- model pembelajaran atau jenis pembelajaran yang secara umum di sukai oleh siswa, sehingga memberikan hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatisipasi hal diatas, adalah menggunakan pembelajaran tematik dengan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe picture and picture. Pembelajaran tematik adalah pembelajaran berdasarkan tema untuk mempelajari suatu materi guna mencapai kompetensi tertentu, misalnya tema keperluan sehari-hari.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Tematik pada Tema Keperluan Sehari-hari Melalui Model Pembelajaran cooperative tipe Picture and Picture di Kelas III C SDN 010 Tanjung Selor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas 2 pertemuan, setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Hasil pengamatan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran, hasil pengamatan observasi guru yang dibantu oleh teman sejawat dan akhirnya diperoleh hasil belajar siswa sebagai alat ukur ketuntasan pada penelitian ini, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 April sampai 2 Mei 2012 dalam 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III C SD Negeri 010 Tanjung Selor Bulungan tahun ajaran 2011/2012 yang berjumlah 35 siswa.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, yaitu pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 63,14 dengan persentase ketuntasan hanya 40%, sedangkan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu dengan rata-rata 75,42 dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 97%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar melalui pembelajaran tematik (Matematika, IPA, Bahasa Indonesia) pada tema Keperluan Sehari-hari dengan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe picture and picture pada Siswa Kelas III SD Negeri 010 Tanjung Selor Tahun ajaran 2011/2012.

A common problem encountered in SDN.010 Tanjung Selor is still low mastery of learning, especially math is not achieving mastery that has been determined by the average value of 65 by 75%. That is because among student in SDN.010 Tanjung Selor especially in third grade C, when students are learning less focused attention on learning. Sometimes students do not enter the classroom because the subject taught by the teacher at the time was not his favorite subject, and students are less active in teaching and learning, for example did not want to ask. Therefore, teacher should use learning models or type of learning that are generally liked by the students. Thus, providing a satisfactory learning outcome. One of the main solutions to anticipate the above, is to use thematic learning with the learning model picture and picture. Thematic learning is learning based on the theme for the work that the material in order to achieve certain competencies such them e daily needs. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of thematic theme the daily need through the learning model picture and picture in the third grade of SDN.010 Tanjung Selor. Type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meeting room, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data obtained in study include: observation of students learning activities, teacher observation and observation assisted by colleagues who finally obtained student learning outcomes as a measure of completeness in this study. This study was conducted on 25 April to 2 May in two cycles. Research subject is class III.C of SDN.010 Tanjung Selor Bulungan academic year 2011/2012, amounting to 35 students. Based on the research of research that has been carried out, namely in the first cycle, to obtain the average value of 63,14 with a percentage of completeness is only 40%, whereas in the second cycle, the result of students learning is increased by an average of 72,42 with a percentage of completeness research 97%. Based on the result of the study showed that an increase in learning outcomes through thematic learning (math, science, Indonesian) on the theme of day to day with a picture and picture of cooperative learning in class III.C.SDN.010 Tanjung Selor learning year 2011/2012.
